THIEVES, stay away of them. I paid for the IVF process and medication (£2500.00 + £519 deposit) and after paying everything I had to cancel. I requested my money back and was informed that I would have to wait a month and they would return my money (deadline 15th/05/26). I spent the day I requested the refund (15th/04/26) requesting a breakdown of the amount to be refunded and never received it. I waited until 15th/05/26 and received an incorrect breakdown informing me that they would only return £2,200, when the contract states that they would return everything except a £300 fee. Therefore, my return should be £2,719.00. From the date the refund was supposed to be processed until today, June 22nd, 2026, I have been sending them emails almost daily requesting my money, and they simply do not respond to my emails or calls, and have made NO refund whatsoever. Absolutely nothing. I was only able to speak to someone once, and they informed me that the person responsible for my refund, Maria Frangeskou, was on vacation and that my case would only be reviewed upon her return. These are the longest vacations I've ever seen, considering this was in April and it's already June! So be aware, they have plans that seem cheap, but absolutely everything will be charged extra at absurdly high prices.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic.

The outcome of my cycle was not clearly explained to me, and the overall approach felt standardised rather than tailored to my individual case.

What I found particularly unprofessional was that immediately after the procedure, while I was still recovering from sedation, the discussion moved straight to a second cycle instead of giving me time to understand what had happened.

Additionally, I have been waiting for my medical report since 23 February, and as of today, 9 April, I still have not received anything. The lack of communication and delays have caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.

I also had a call on 17 April where I asked again about my medical report and was promised that I would receive at least some information by Monday. However, today is Tuesday, 21 April, and I have still not received anything.

IVF is an emotional and financially demanding process, and patients deserve transparency, empathy and timely communication — unfortunately, this was not my experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Want to gain your medical documents? No chance it’s like speaking to a brick wall with the response always being someone will call you back.

I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They insisted I had a really low follicle count, which has now been proved entirely wrong, and put me on an inappropriate pathway which would have cost me over £13000 more.

I had an initial consultation for egg freezing, this was the first clinic I visited. I am 34, healthy, with a normal BMI and no health complications. I was led to believe over the phone I would be a suitable candidate for their affordable egg freezing package (£3350).

However, when doing my scan, the clinician went quiet for 5 minutes then told me so could only find 4-5 follicles and that I was therefore unexpectedly very low fertility. In short, I was dismissed, had to wait nearly a month for a follow up video appointment with another random clinician, who reiterated to me my low fertility and the need for 3 cycles to achieve even 10-15 eggs, and that research suggests my egg quality may also be lower. I was invoiced £16670. I was also told key, extremely emotional information about my AMH levels would come first thing in the morning, but they called me after working hours after 6pm, despite me chasing.

Thankfully, I paid for another consultation at a different clinic, who immediately found 10+ follicles. I have completed my egg freezing in 2 cycles, with a total of 20 eggs collected (18 mature). This is a completely healthy and average amount.

Therefore the information provided by ABC IVF was clinically false. I cannot even begin to describe the emotional impact of being (incorrectly) told you have really low fertility and may never have a baby, and I wish no other woman has to go through this.

I have followed the companies complaints procedure, and have been awaiting a stage 2 response for 3 months.

I am a returning customer after having to pause my fertility journey in the Autumn. Now, they're not responding to emails (I've sent 3 over the past 10 days) There is literally NO WAY to get in contact with them. I have been on hold for 25-40 minutes over 6 attempts at trying to call via every phone number they have available.

It's now to the point where I'm certain the company has ceased service, has taken my money (I just booked a scan with them) and they'll not even be open when I visit the clinic.

I'm now going to have to go there in person and just hope for the best. Absolutely shocking patient experience for PRIVATE healthcare - and especially for something so emotional, time sensitive and difficult as it is.

Awful

My wife and I had been trying for a baby for about a year when we started seeking advice and doing tests from fertility clinics. Following these tests our infertility was labelled as unexplained. We tried ovulation induction with another clinic however this was unsuccessful, so we decided to try IVF

We first went to Create Fertility for this as their prices and reviews seemed good. After a consultation we were advised we were eligible to do IVF with ABC due to our age, health and the fact it was unexplained infertility.

We were sceptical about doing the Mild IVF with ABC due to the low price compared to other reputable clinics, and it seeming like a fairly new clinic, despite it having some good reviews. We decided to give it a go, and we are very glad we did!

ABC were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Meeting our nurse consultant Yemi further cemented that this was the right decision for us, she was a pleasure to deal with. Our Mild IVF egg collection resulted in 19 eggs collected, and that resulted in 5 embryos, most of which were top quality according to the gradings.

Our first transfer was unsuccessful. Our second transfer was successful but unfortunately resulted in a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. Our third transfer was again successful and gave us our amazing baby boy!

So to anyone unsure about mild IVF and using ABC, I would say if they advise you are eligible, go for it! Don’t spend more money and put more drugs in your body than you need to. ABC know what they are doing and are good at it.

We first used ABC IVF / Create Fertility several years ago and had a positive outcome – our first child. Because of that, we trusted them again for a frozen embryo transfer in 2025. Sadly, what followed can only be described as total incompetence.

From the start, communication and administration were chaotic. We were asked to repeat blood tests we later discovered weren’t required, and when we questioned it, we were told it was due to a “new regulation” that turned out not to exist. We were also given medication instructions by a non-clinical staff member which were incorrect and led to the entire cycle being cancelled. This caused real physical discomfort, loss of confidence, and a huge emotional toll.

We were repeatedly left waiting for calls that never came, spoken to dismissively, and at one point effectively accused of lying about a payment we had already made – something that felt humiliating and unnecessary. The clinic later admitted mistakes, yet despite multiple offers from us to mediate and resolve things fairly, no genuine attempt was made to do so.

This wasn’t our first concern with ABC / Create – during our first successful cycle, there had even been a serious error where I was given another women’s identification wristband on the day of embryo transfer. That incident was brushed off at the time as a one-off. In hindsight, it now feels like a warning sign of wider systemic issues.

Trying for our second child with this clinic has cost us financially and emotionally. It’s been deeply disappointing to see how poor communication and lack of accountability can overshadow what should have been a hopeful and exciting process.

We have since moved our embryos to Care Fertility, where the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care have been on a completely different level. We are now 20 weeks pregnant following a successful FET, and the contrast in standards between the two clinics could not be starker.

We share this so that others understand our experience and can make informed decisions about where to entrust something as sensitive and important as fertility treatment.

3rd time was the lucky charm!

After 2 cancelled treatments, I finally managed to complete a full IVF treatment - the staff at ABC IVF/Create was very supportive and attentive to my needs and circumstances. The last treatment was very gentle and I am sooo fortunate that I opted to do it with them. Unlike many experiences i saw online, ABC IVF really focuses on a treatment plan in sync with your body’s natural cycle with few medications and easy to administrate. I was able to conduct my daily activities and work while under treatment / scans visits and , although my body reacted strongly to it, the risk of OHSS was managed carefully. Looking forward to the next step which is the transfer 🤞

I can only give the ABC IVF team five stars—they made our dream come true, and we now have a beautiful baby boy. The team was always kind, responsive, and attentive, and we’re deeply grateful for their care and expertise.

The journey was longer than expected—two years—and required patience and resilience. One major setback was developing a hydrosalpinx after egg retrieval, which led to surgery at another clinic to clip a fallopian tube, adding £6,000 in costs.

From our egg retrieval, our best embryo didn’t survive thawing, the second ended in miscarriage, and the last gave us our miracle baby. The fact that both transfers were successful is a testament to the team’s skill and their cautious approach—even when it meant canceling cycles to maximize our chances.

IVF is not for the faint-hearted. The process rarely goes as planned, and it often takes more time and money than you anticipate. But thanks to ABC, we have our little miracle, and we’ll definitely trust them again for our next journey.

I would like to say a big thank you and express my immense gratitude to ABC Fertility (St. Paul's branch) for everything they've done for my family! We had two IVF cycles, and the second one was successful. Now I am holding my baby boy in my arms, and I am overwhelmed with love and gratitude.
My experience with ABC Fertility was amazing. It was seamless from start to finish — the process was well explained, all medication was delivered on time, I was closely monitored, and if I had any questions, I received timely replies. The staff was very welcoming and extremely sensitive. Both egg extraction and the transfer procedures went very smoothly and were completely painless.
I would highly recommend this clinic and would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the people who helped me achieve such an unbelievable result!

I found my experience at ABC IVF as simple and straightforward as it can be. I did a lot of research before deciding which clinic to go with and even considered options abroad but at the end I decided to go with ABC IVF due to its convenient location which is very important for all working mothers to be, its reasonable price (which doesn’t kill your wallet even if you have to do repeat procedures) and the overall standard. I later confirmed through my experience that I had made the right choice. After struggling with unexplained infertility for almost 7 years , I managed to have a successful outcome despite it’s complications as I developed OHS (for which the staff was generous in allowing me time to recover and was there for support 24/7) . The continuous support and the great outcome made this an ever lasting experience. I am already recommending this clinic to anyone struggling or in need to do the other procedures the clinic carries out. I believe that it’s the best option you can make for your fertility journey.

I'm writing this review with my 1 month old son napping on my chest, something that would not have happened if not for ABC IVF.

I would have written the following review regardless of whether I'd had a good outcome or not, but was still superstitious about posting it before the birth had happened!

I had a great experience with ABC IVF. All staff were professional, reassuring and kind, and ensured I understood what was happening every step of the way. All appointments went smoothly and there was flexibility to fit this in around my other commitments - although I will highlight that despite wanting to attend the St Albans clinic, I still had to spend a lot of time in the London branches. This was not an issue for me, but may be for others.

I'm only issue I encountered was ordering additional medication. Understandably there are a lot of important drugs involved, and I encountered some difficulties when I needed to order more beyond what I had originally been given. On one occasion after calling up to request additional medication my request was forgotten and I had to chase, and on another the delivery company cancelled my delivery last minute. Both occasions were very stressful.

Overall, I'm very thankful for the team and will happily return in the future.

We have been trying baby for 8 years now and with no success we came in contact with the abc and process went smooth and staff were really helpful and guided us well through the process and now I’m a mother of 2 month old baby ☺️

I can't thank the staff at ABC enough for their knowledge and support whilst I was undergoing fertility treatment. The staff were friendly and informative; I always knew what was happening with my treatment/medication and I felt supported throughout each of the three cycles I underwent. In particular the clinic were very supportive and willing to answer my questions when the first cycle ended in miscarriage and the second cycle had to be cancelled early due to poor response. Despite the challenges I experienced, the staff remained positive and tweaked my treatment plan which resulted in a successful third cycle and the birth of my first child. There would sometimes be admin issues from time to time but nothing major; all in all I'm more than satisfied with the experience I had here and would recommend ABC to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

We have switched to ABC after several unsuccessful IVF attempts at different clinic. The professionalism and personal approach of the ABC team has been incredible and made another IVF journey a pleasant experience. We have now welcomed our baby girl and cannot be happier. Thanks a lot!
