I’m holding my sweet baby girl as I write this review. We chose ABC to start IVF almost exactly a year ago, and after two tries we got the wonderful news that I was pregnant.
After our first round didn’t work, we decided to store our two remaining embryos and do another fresh round. We only managed to collect two eggs from the second round and only one was viable to implant. It felt like the odds weren’t in our favour, but as they say - it only takes one egg to work.
This is a streamlined ‘no frills’ service, but
we received excellent care. The nurse Ally in particular was so helpful and reassuring throughout my second round. That coupled with the calm and gentle approach of our doctor during the embryo implantation, I’m sure played a part in the success. I can’t remember the doctor’s name, but she was a lovely and friendly woman. The nurse Sabrina also stands out in my memory from both rounds.
Thanks again to the whole team, you’ve changed our lives! ♥️

I couldn't have asked for more from a clinic. Absolutely everyone I spoke to before ,during and after the treatment were so friendly and helpful with all my questions. There was always someone to answer my calls even on a Saturday and replies to my emails were also quick. I
never felt rushed in appointments, I felt everything was explained well , they would listen to you and were proactive to try and make my life easier. Loved having everything confirmed by emails. They were also good at comforting me when I was stressed and also they regularly checked on me after my egg freezing. The best customer service I've ever had! I managed to freeze 21 eggs so the moderate OHSS I got was worth it 😆 Only feedback would be please can you open a clinic in Newcastle or Scotland as it's a lot of money etc to stay in another city for 3 weeks.

Thank you ABC for your hard work!!!!

I had started treatment for the very first time with abc ivf London St Paul’s. We were trying for our second baby but suffered from pcos. I appreciated the smooth running of my appointments and communication was excellent. Everything happened so quick and we overcame a few hurdles easily and I became pregnant luckily from my first FET. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because of the extra fees you have to pay for extra blood tests and medicines and a lot of these tests were needed from us. Sometimes the price of these were very high. Now I am here holding my baby and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the team at ABC IVF at St Paul’s.

Most staff were so friendly and helpful made my partner and I so comfortable, but we did have one negative experience at an appointment from a lady at the front desk, she declined my partner access to attend my appointment with me, we are a same sex couple and of course are on the journey together, she was very blunt and rude, we saw her a few times during other appointments and she remained rude and unprofessional towards us. That aside Our IVF journey was amazing thanks to the wonderful people that helped us.We couldn’t be more great full that we have been blessed with a beautiful baby boy!We cannot wait to come back for our second round and expand our family.

I got the best treatment ever, I wish I can still remember the names of all the staff, and I am blessed with a wonderful handsome baby boy. ABC St. Paul’s. Thank you so much. God used you all to change my story. I’m now a mother😂 can you believe that. I won’t stop recommending. See you guys next year

I’m personally not happy with my treatment because I spent so much money and got a negative pregnancy result after that they didn't bother to explain the reason why this happened, plus the nurses are so unprofessional they don't make sense when they are trying to explain the reason why my treatment failed. I'm very disappointed. Very bed experience

Well i was not good experience but i thought some mistakes going on both side, but keep research before you going for treatment, make sure always asked all reports they haven't give you untill
not request further. was my 1st experience was not good and im was lost my 5k, i would like to suggest everyone before treatment asked them all tests cost and reports, thinks before you spend money is good way.
Thanks

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant, we was lucky enough for it to work first time for us. We are a same sex couple and we could not have been treated better, I felt comfortable and as if we was just as important as the heterosexual couples. This is something I was worried about before starting our journey, we can’t wait to meet our baby due February 24. We had majority off our appointments with Ali and she was just amazing. Our experience was at London St Paul’s clinic and I would most definitely recommend. We have three more embryos frozen for next time and we feel totally blessed. Massive thank you

On the 19th of March myself and my partner gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. This after 5 years of trying and month after month of awful disappointment. I will be forever grateful for the
successful result and the birth of my daughter, thank you ABC for Enola-Rose.
However, despite this joy our journey was at times really quite disappointing and concerning. As with many reviews, communication was very difficult at times, often leaving multiple voicemails or emails with no reply. This really came to a head when my partner had to take her final trigger shot 12 hours before egg collection. They had promised a call with when and what dosage to take, no call came. After investing so much financially and emotionally, it was a Saturday evening, no call, no message despite us constantly calling them. Finally after calling their emergency number we managed to find somebody clearly working remotely at home, and after some protracted conversations she promised to ring back with an answer. A doctor rang, and asked If we had been contacted yet. We had not. The lab then called and confirmed a time. This was 2 hours before the trigger shot and we ended up taking the injection at 1.30 am.
Just to add some context, my partner had been scanned on a Monday and was told egg collection would be on Friday. On Wednesday she was told they wanted to do another scan and collection would be on Sunday. On the Friday she was told that that she only had 6 follicles and that we should prepare for a low volume of eggs. The following day when we went in for egg collection, we were the last couple in the building and it felt a little like we had been squeezed in. On collection they managed to harvest 22 eggs. I would speculate that after the chaos of the day before that the dosage was not quite what it should have been, and perhaps the extended egg collection date also contributed. My partner really felt like she had been over stimulated, which ultimately led to her being at risk from OHSS. For this reason the clinic refused to do a fresh transfer and insisted we do frozen transfer. This would add a substantial amount to the overall cost resulting in an extra £2000. A read of some other reviews and over stimulation seemed to be a common thread, we complained and to ABC's credit they agreed in the end to waive the cost and include.
Additionally we originally requested to do egg sharing, partly to keep costs down but also my partner really liked the idea of helping out another couple. We were told we were not viable due to follicles but lo and behold she actually managed to produce 22 eggs so that also does not sit well with me.
The receptionist also was a little curt and I never really felt very welcome arriving. The team downstairs were always lovely and we always felt well cared for.
Difficult review to write as ultimately we got exactly what we paid for - the chance to be parents to a beautiful baby girl. Factually we would not be looking at her right now if not for ABC. So I will always be grateful, but felt the right thing to do was to share some of the challenges.
Best of luck to all you future parents out there - keep the faith!

We wanted to take a moment to thank Abc IVF St. Paul’s for our recent experience.
Every step of the way we found the staff to be incredibly helpful, always answering our questions and explaining each step we were taking.
All the while making sure we felt that we were receiving the best care possible.
The follow-up with calls to check in on our progress truly solidified the feeling that we were in the right hands.
Today, we are happy to announce that we are in the 8 week of pregnancy after our 1st fresh cycle!
We can't thank you all enough for going the extra mile and providing us with such an incredible experience!

I’m writing this review because it can be really challenging to know where to go and who to trust with such a personal experience. I did a cycle of egg freezing with ABC and went between the St Albans and St Paul’s clinics. The whole experience was extremely positive for me, maybe more so because I had a really successful egg retrieval procedure but nonetheless, I couldn’t say a bad word about the entire process. The staff at both clinics were lovely and the care I received from the medical team during my blood test, scans and on retrieval day was outstanding. In addition, the communication and administration side of things was very good. The lower dose of hormones meant that the side effects during the treatment were pretty minimal for me and it was all monitored extremely carefully throughout. I would absolutely use ABC again and thank them for making my experience so positive.
