Excellent company
I purchased a travel bag from absolute snow it arrived in good time, but I decided it wasn’t exactly the style that I needed to travel. I look looked up their returns procedure on their site which was very easy and sent the bag back. I then had my refund in QuickTime no hassle. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again.

My tent arrived promptly
My tent arrived promptly. Great updates on delivery etc. When I 1st used it, the Vango pump wasn't working. Absolute Snow sent me a new one. There was a slight misunderstanding as to whether I sent the old one back or not. Anyway it was collected when the new one arrived. Unfortunately when I opened it, it was damaged......through no fault of Absolute Snow (it's a Vango product) I was panicking as due to go camping, with no pump. Rianna, the amazing lady who I spoke with and emailed, kept me up to date with everything. I received a pump....a Vango Airbeam Tempest rechargeable pump!! I was sooo grateful and so relieved I now had a pump!! I was blown away!!! So customer service and Company awesome!!

Really positive all round experience
Wanted to write a review as the service, delivery and product have all been top notch. Not used this company before so was a bit wary but no need, got regular updates on dispatch and delivery. Mammut shoes are excellent and then a nice personalised email from the founder a few days after. All in all a lovely experience. Thanks

Great poles maybe not so good advice !!
Purchased fab Nordic walking poles and my husband has done the same couple days later and mine came today and they’re lovely. My only disappointment is I phoned to check things on a few occasions to get my order right and queried what was the basket is that the rubber foot that you use on road and she explained it’s to stop the point of pole digging to far and told me the feet I needed for road. So I ordered the feet she agreed I needed and poles only to find the poles come with the feet needed and the ones I was told to add are for trekking not Nordic poles ??? So the fiver deal I saved was more than spent on something I don’t need . Never mind I tried !!!

I ordered a backpack at a discount. They took the payment, everything is fine. Two days later I see that the site has run out of backpacks. I am happy, I think it is good that I did not delay in ordering. Then they write to me that we have run out of backpacks. I replied that I am ready to wait 2-3 months until the backpacks return to stock. And they replied: We’re not aware of any future deliveries of this backpack. I’ll see how long it will take for you to have it. it is better to monitor the quantity of goods.
one day passed and they have backpacks in stock again. and with the same discount.

What happened here was a stock error: when several customers order the same item within a short time, sometimes the website doesn’t update fast enough to reflect the real-time stock level. This meant the backpack appeared to be available when it had, in fact, just sold out, which we absolutely recognise is frustrating.
We processed your refund as soon as we realised the issue, and it should already be on its way back to your account. We're not scammers, and we never take payment without the intention to fulfil an order, but sometimes technical errors do happen, especially during busy periods or sales.
We're working on improving how our stock syncs to avoid this kind of thing happening again. Sorry again for the inconvenience, and if there's anything else we can do to help, feel free to get in touch.

At the time, we weren’t aware of any upcoming stock deliveries for that item, so given that you didn’t want an alternative, we felt the best and fairest option was to refund you.

I recently purchased an Osprey wheeled backpack online (over the bank holiday) and was more than happy with my purchase. The bag was priced substantially below Osprey's offer - and - the colour I wanted was available (unlike the manufacturer's website). It was despatched on the Tuesday and arrived via our local postman the following day! Terrific service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a backpack which was delivered quite quickly, everything with the order is perfect. What I really wanted to highlight here is that you get an email once packed, another once shipped and then a very nice follow up email about the company once the package has been received to thank you for your order. You really don’t see that much these days. It’s so important for small businesses to have great service and I would definitely order from here again
