Slap dash with their floor stain, it's all over my newly painted woodwork. Would not recommend.

Absolute Flooring sanded a 110 sq m area in my house. I am over the moon with the result - it is truly excellent - more than one visitor has asked me 'Is this a new floor?' Project was initiated as scheduled, communication throughout was excellent and in all highly recommended by me.

Very helpful and polite staff who were patient in explaining the process and waiting for me to decide on a stain colour. The quote was very reasonable compared to other ones I received and they were able to start and complete work very quickly. The floor now looks lovely and is a huge improvement from the original.

Very helpful and polite staff. Staff took time to show me how to use the machinery and answered many questions. Machines were MUCH better than HSS hire - barely any dust, much more powerful, sanding belts much easier to change and last longer. Would definietly recommend.

Got a very reasonable price from Richard based on measurements I sent him, so that part was very easy. His team came round on time and were careful, polite and very clean - hardly any mess at all (a little dust in the air is inevitable!) The finished work was real first rate. I had difficulty moving some big items of furniture out of the room but they were very happy to help me, so many thanks for that. All in all I am very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Speedy service. Very patient with me while I chose the finish I wanted, and accommodating of the fact that I couldn't move all my furniture. And the finished floor looks great.

I rang up Thursday afternoon and equipment was delivered before 8am Friday morning - to my home in Kent!

Joshua helped familiarise me with all of the equipment, shared best practices on how professionals approach the job, answered all of my questions at time of delivery and was constantly available via WhatsApp to help as I inevitably hit bumps along the way.

Joshua also returned on two separate occasions to service and then replace an edge sander that I was having trouble with.

Communication when I had issues was excellent. Genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough!

They came to our rescue after a sander we had hired broke down, which was a blessing in disguise, as we got a far superior sander delivered to us on a Sunday morning and tuition on how to use it, tips from a professional on how to make our oak parquet flooring look stunning. 22m2 front room required sanding, fixing and finish.
Friendly, professional and punctual. Finished the job in 1.5 days, including nailing down loose floorboards and filling old radiator holes. These guys use professional grade equipment and products. The protective coat alone is £70 a bottle.
Went above and beyond, and I didn’t regret not hiring a sander myself. Thanks for the keyworker service too!

I've just hired a belt sander Bona edge sander and Trio. The service could not have been better. All delivered to me on the middle of Norfolk and at short notice. Machines all in perfect working order. A real pleasure to deal with this company

David made the whole process a breeze from start to finish! Carried out the job at the weekend to fit around our schedule and did a superb job of sanding and staining our floor and even offered to retouch if needed after our decorators have finished. Thanks very much!

We had two rooms with horrible shiny lacquer on the floor boards and Absolute Floor Sanding did a beautiful job stripping and staining them. The work was efficient, clean, with a minimum of dust, and the floors look fantastic. They also sanded our kitchen counter top and did a lovely job removing the scratches and re-oiling it so that it looks like new.

Sanding and finishing of an old Victorian pine kitchen floor. After an unavoidable delay, they arrived and got to work. They were polite and helpful. The finished floor is looking great. They tidied up and left my kitchen clean.

I was going to lay carpet down on the bedroom floors but they managed to recover the original wooden flooring. It looks great and I have now decided to do the entire downstairs floors. I highly recommend these guys.
