Acacia were brilliant and made everything so straight forward, from booking the house to transport and activities. We stayed at the beautiful Somerset Barn which we could not fault. Such a lovely setting and beautiful rooms. We were lucky to have wonderful sunshine so made good use of the outside seating and balcony. We opted for a night out in Bath and our minibus driver was there to take us in and pick us up and was happy to crank up the music and sing along ! The second night we booked the cocktail making at the Barn and a private chef. Both were exceptional value for money and it was great to be able to spend time together in a beautiful setting with everything catered for - we had so many laughs and made memories. Perfect in every way and I can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely fabulous 🤩 Couldn’t ask for anything more From start to finish… Acacia attended to our every need. We were celebrating my daughter’s hen do and we chose a cocktail master class for the first night and second night a chef prepared, cooked and served 3 course meal. Both events were brilliant and attended by first class providers. The accommodation was amazing and accommodated all the hens in modern well fitted out private apartments in a gorgeous barn conversation and two hots tub we were truly spoilt.

The cost was extremely reasonable and I would definitely recommend - we can’t stop talking about our fabulous hen do provided by Acacia Cottages

I can not recommend this company enough. From start to finish they were professional and extremely responsive with the many many questions I had. They made the booking procedure so smooth and easy to use. All the activities we had planned all went well and we're excellent. The accommodation was amazing Cambridge Rural Houses. Great facilities and exactly what we asked for. A great experience had by all and a very happy Bride and Hens.
Will be using again in the future.

We had a fabulous hen weekend at the Harrogate barn conversion. The whole team at acacia cottages were extremely helpful via phonecall and email from start to finish. They made my job of chief hen doo organiser a lot, lot easier. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ashley was our point of contact and I was so impressed at the ease this company provided during the booking process. The communication was fantastic, the range of activities offered and the most gorgeous venues (we hired Somerset Barn). We cannot fault it and would highly recommend for Hen party organisation.

Fabulous House on the outskirts of York. Suited our Hen Party of 21 perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was booked and arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Derbyshire Hall with Hot Tub for my hen weekend. The accommodation was beyond my expectations, with a big hosting kitchen/diner and smaller rooms to have more intimate conversations. The house had everything we needed and more. Waking up to the beautiful view of the peak district made the mornings so special. It was a short walk to Carsington Waters which we had a walk around Saturday afternoon before the evening meal. We had a private chef and two waitresses that tended to us on the Saturday night. This was so special and took the pressure off of the guests cooking a meal for everyone. It was a perfect weekend. We are already looking at booking it again for a family getaway around Christmas time.

We stayed in Bath House C, The house was amazing!!! Perfect for us and so central to everything we needed!
Brunch was amazing, the therapist were 100% and the chef and assistant were fabulous, catering to all our needs!
It’s was absolutely perfect!!! 100/10!!!

The whole experience with Acacia cottages has been incredible and made my life so much easier, and enabled me to concentrate on the small bits to make the hen weekend fab. I can 100% recommend this company - Ashley and Molly have been brilliant!

The house was absolutely perfect, stunning setting, superbly equipped etc. We loved the kind and generous hamper left by the owners, and even little touches like the toiletries etc in the bathrooms was so lovely. The house fitted 19 of us more than comfortably, the beds were so comfy and the amenities - pool table, hot tub etc were brilliant.....just wish we had more time there!

We had a private chef one night, Miranda was incredible, her food was amazing, and she was so discreet and professional, whipping up a storm in the kitchen and clearing away. She was brilliant.

We did a treasure hunt, this was so much fun too, and Will the cocktail instructor for the cocktail making masterclass was superb!

An absolute 10/10 weekend, that everyone loved! So thank you so much!!

I contacted acacia cottages when looking for a house to book for my best friends hen do. I had already searched online for suitable properties and could not find anything suitable. I had a reply really quickly from my initial enquiry and instantly the pressure was taken away from me with how easy it was to book via acacia cottages. I was given suggestions of houses that would accommodate our group and ideas for activities. We ended up booking Seaside Chic in Bournemouth with a chef dinner and cocktail making as our activities. Ashley helped throughout the whole process and was really helpful and responsive to emails. We thoroughly enjoyed our chef dinner and cocktail making. The house was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 13. The house was central to bournemouth and only a short walk to the bars and beach. Would highly recommend this house and booking through acacia cottages. The online payment system was also really helpful to save me collecting money individually. The bride said it was the best hen do she could have ever imagined. Thank you!

Second time using Acacia cottages and the experience was as good as the first. Ashley was helpful through out. The accommodation met our requirements and the hot tub added to the stay. Will from Dice cocktails was great and our private chef provide a fantastic meal. We all had so much fun!!

We stayed at the Oxford Country House (CH) and the accommodation was absolutely gorgeous, pictures didn’t do it justice, the views, the location and just the whole house was perfect.
Jonny at Coobeck Catering, provided us with a private chef experience and as well as providing amazing food, he had such a fun personality too!
The beauty therapists we had provided well needed gorgeous treatments.
I really cannot praise everyone enough, Becca and the team made the whole process stress free and so easy to plan, we didn’t want the weekend to end!

We stayed in the renovated barn with hot tub near Bristol and Acacia put together the perfect package for us, everything was well explained and put together with little effort from us, clear payment terms and great communication.

The accommodation was perfect for a large group and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The party barn and patio worked really well for our Friday night party and the cottages were very well stocked.

We had a private chef dinner party and the chef very quickly served up a fantastic 3 course meal which left us absolutely stuffed, generous portions and all so well cooked, she even did the majority of the dishes leaving the kitchen spick and span which was great.

For the gin tasting, the barman was very friendly and professional and happy to accommodate a change in set up when the weather took against us, we all especially enjoyed the gin cocktail and made a few more jugs of our own for the evening.

The pre organised taxi was great messaging beforehand to confirm arrangements and taking it all in good humour including a few less on the taxi then booked for and a last minute change of pick up to save our feet.

Have just returned from THE BEST Hen weekend I could have ever asked for. The property was incredible, spacious, spotless and in the most beautiful surroundings. The canapés were delicious and the cocktail class was so much fun. There were tears when it was time to leave , and that’s a true reflection of just what a wonderful time was had. We are already planning a return visit for a Heniversary! Would Highly recommend.

Our whole experience with Acacia Cottages has been seamless! Right from the start when we booked Contemporary Yorkshire Cottages it was so easy! Ashley was so informative, and helpful in arranging all our events, providing timely responses and updates. And if Ashley wasn’t available, this was picked up by another member of the team.

We had evening canapés on arrival that were delivered by a timely local company- they were delicious, a real hit with the group. They also catered for our dietary requirements really well by providing seperate bowls for each person with a requirement.

We then had a transfer into York the following day. They used Proctor Coaches, and their driver Leanne was fantastic. So friendly & chatty, and she did everything possible to make our journey as smooth as possible. She was on time, and kept in touch close to pick up/drop off times.

The property was lovely, and so much space for us all, including their own hot tub in each cottage. The team onsite were very responsive to any calls or messages.

All in all, would highly recommend Acacia cottages after our very positive experience! ☺️

We booked the Oxford Country House for my friends Hen Do and it was AMAZING! The house was exactly like the pictures. Becca was so helpful whilst getting it all booked and planned. We had the private chef which made the weekend 10/10! The food was incredible and Hess was so kind. Would 100% recommend this to anyone booking a hen do as it was super easy and amazing.
