Organised a hen weekend for 17 people via Acacia Cottages. Becca, Ashley and the team could not have been more helpful. The communication was great which really gave me peace of mind!
We stayed at Stone Farmhouse -the accommodation was perfect. With a pool and two hot tubs there was plenty to keep everyone entertained between activities and drinks! The weekend was a success so thank you to Acacia. I would not hesitate to book through them again - 10/10!

I organised my sister's hen do through Acacia Cottages and we stayed at the Rambling Retreat, Bath. All ten of us had an amazing, chilled weekend. The accommodation was beautiful, and the host super helpful. All the suppliers we booked via Acacia were seamless and just as described. We had a great time! Thank you!

With the help of Acacia Cottages we had a fabulous fun filled 50th Birthday girly weekend in York. The initial booking was really easy and the acacia staff were really helpful when we were deciding on the accommodation. It was easy to set up a group payment option and everyone could add to this as and when they wanted to pay which made the organising a lot easier and stress free. We stayed at the lovely Red Brick House located minutes walk away from the beautiful city centre. We opted for the Chef and half hour pamper as part of the package and both were amazing. Thank you Acacia Cottages for organising a weekend we will all remember ❤️

From my initial enquiry, Acacia Cottages were extremely helpful. We had to change arrangements and activities several times beforehand, which they managed with great efficiency, and communicated all the changes quickly by telephone and then email which I very much appreciated. I received comprehensive information regarding all aspects of the weekend - accommodation, itinerary, travel directions etc etc which helped me prepare documents for our guests. All seamless.

I was just delighted on arrival at Derbyshire Barn to find that the accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. The Barn was just perfect for our needs in every aspect - it was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed and more (it was one of the best appointed cottages I have ever been to), the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable with great en-suites in every bedroom. The kitchen island with the additional large table proved really useful for every meal when feeding 20 people. There were two large fridges and a separate wine fridge and even 2 kettles! They had thought of everything. The addition of the Games Room and grassed area gave us extra space to do further activities outside despite the inclement weather. I couldn’t fault it and couldn’t recommend it enough to others.

I would highly recommend Acacia Cottages to others and would certainly use them again in the future.

I booked Oxfordshire Farmhouse (YF) for my best friends hen party. We had the most amazing time and experience. There was 18 of us in total but Becca couldn’t have been more amazing at organising and communicating with me. Becca took the whole stress away of organising the hen party for such a large number. We all had the best time and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend and definitely use Acacia Cottages again. The cottage was stunning, it was clean and it had everything we needed. It was the most brilliant weekend. We didn’t stop laughing from start to finish. Thank you for making our weekend so amazing.

I booked the Canterbury Cottages for a surprise hen do and we have had the best weekend ever!!
Ashley made this whole process seamless supporting me through start to end and being overall just fantastic. We booked the live drawing and cocktail making, and Callum and Will again just made the day!!!! Laughing the whole time keeping 23 ladies entertained.
The houses are absolutely stunning, so clean, and well stocked with everything you need for the weekend.
Thank you again for making this weekend so special for my sister in law. A weekend we will never forget.

Don't think I can do the weekend we have just had at Country Hen House in Lincoln justice in a few words. However, I will try!

I can't thank the team enough for all their help and patience whilst we worked out how many people would be joining us for the weekend and then organising the activities we requested, all of which were amazing!!!

The house is beautiful and it was just the right setting for our Hen's weekend.

WOW! Words can barley describe our amazing weekend. We have just come back from Oxford Country Farmhouse, celebrating our brides hen weekend.

Big shout out to the Acacia team, the planning and weekend was so smooth sailing and they really took all the pressure away from us bridesmaids.

Lets talk Oxford Country Farmhouse, wow wow wow the house absolutely blow us away, the photos do not do this house justice, its unreal! so big & everything you could want this house, it has.
We managed to hide a whole wing of this house, for our Saturday night activities and all the hen's were so surprised to see another room.

The weekend was filled with so many great memories from paint, pour and privet chef on the Friday, to punting and sequin party with a very special drag queen performance on Saturday.

A fantastic experience from start to finish, Karen and Ashley helped me to organise the most fantastic Hen Weekend for my sister. The house ‘Luxury Yorkshire with Hot Tub’ was everything we hoped for and more! Taxi transfers arranged for us arrived well on time, everyone was so helpful and chatty. We really did have the best time! The house owner was super helpful and friendly, and didn’t mind being disturbed early on a Sunday morning when the power had tripped off! Overall a fantastic experience with Acacia Cottages, thank you 😁

From the minute I contacted acacia to leaving the house after the hen do it has been absolutely perfect, the ease of getting things booked and sorted has been second to none and nothing was too much for Ashley, the house was stunning, the treatments were wonderful and the chefs were fantastic, every bit of the weekend was everything we wanted and more, James the owner was so helpful when we were there and the hot tub was amazing too! I can’t thank you all enough for making it the perfect weekend for my mums hen do, we are already trying to plan our next event to come back and stay! Thanks so much again acacia cottages x

Acacia were fantastic. They made the whole booking and planning so much easier. Their responses to emails were always incredibly fast and I would not hesitate to use them again when planning an event. The Oxfordshire Hen House (WO) was beautiful, absolutely stunning rooms and so much space! A huge thank you to everyone, and all our suppliers. Our food from the private chef was delicious, the yoga session was lovely and held in the town hall which was beautiful. Finally the transfers were easy to arrange and very communicative.

Would highly recommend Acacia cottages. The team were great at providing quotes and ideas.
Having a website where everyone could pay separately was very helpful.
The Cirencester Barn itself was lovely and perfect for what we wanted to do.
The life drawing class was fun with the perfect level of silliness balanced by some actual learning!
The mini bus to Cheltenham worked perfectly and the driver was really helpful and friendly.

We had the best weekend for my hen do! The house was beautiful and absolutely enormous with everything we needed.
The cocktail class was fab and we had so much fun. Having the mini bus booked meant we could just enjoy ourselves and not have to worry.

We booked the Contemporary Yorkshire Cottages for my hen do. There were 16 of us, so we needed two cottages. We used the bigger one of 10 and the smaller one of six. Becca couldn’t have been more helpful with helping his designer package and telling us which activities we could add onto our college visit. We were able to arrive slightly early to put up some decorations and the place was modern and spotless. Throughout the weekend, the company had arranged for us a cocktail class which happened at the cottage, at dance class and massages at the cottage. The cottage has a hot tub which was fantastic and if we needed it topped up, they were more than helpful to come and top us up for us. Me and my hens had the best weekend, and some of them are already looking into rebooking this cottage for other celebrations.

I booked my friends hen party with acacia and it was so easy! Becca was super helpful , nothing was too much and made the planning so much easier than expected!

The accommodation was so lovely, plenty of space for 11 of us, the owners were so welcoming and friendly! The spa added on was great, we all loved having a relaxing afternoon over there! Special Thankyou to our personal chef, Alison, who cooked us a delicious meal before our night out!

We booked into Bath Barns for a hens weekend and were already pretty excited for it… then we entered the property and were blown away! The space is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a group of 10+ people.
Ashley from Acacia was so helpful in getting everything organised with us and would definitely go back for other events.

Acacia cottages makes hen do planning easy. It just works! Bath Barns was a perfect venue and so much more beautiful than we expected, the photos don’t do it justice. Everything ran smoothly making it a great weekend

We had the BEST weekend at The Dales Cottages. They really are set in a stunning area, we loved seeing the farm animals from the windows! They had everything we could have wanted and more available to us, and the added extra's (prosecco/breakfast ingredients) were a fab personal touch. Thank you so much!!

Working with Acacia really made the hen party planning process super easy and helped alleviate me of any concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a hen party / large group weekend away.

We booked Red Brick Norfolk Barn for a hen weekend. Ashley at Acacia was so hopeful and flexible throughout which is a godsend when trying to arrange a hen. The barn itself is gorgeous, in a beautiful location, nearest station a 15min drive away. The beds are comfy, showers are excellent and the barn comes with every facility you could need (you literally just need food, drink and clothes). We had beauty treatments and flower crown making - all the suppliers were really lovely friendly ladies who added to the experience. Honestly a perfect weekend.
