Rip off!

This company is a rip off. I know their grids are working by now, so there should be no reason for my usage to be so high from yesterday to today! Yall ripping people off and saying it's because ERCOT hasn't gotten their system together so their, "Estimating still." Messing people over. I think y'all owe me some more usage.

Scam

Do not fall for their Free Nights Promo. Make sure to read the small details if you don't want to get your account charged by $60. Will never do business again with this company.

The worst light company!

The worst light company!! Lies about rates. Lie about free nights. Regardless of what plan you choose, you will be paying 4$ a day free nights or not, plus your wattage usage. I used less than 1500 kw per month yet my bill has been 300 to 350 every month. They are robbing you of your hard earned money. DO NOT ENROLL I AM WARNING YOU. Then when you call expect at least 1 hour and 30 minutes wait time before somebody answers. You can still have money on your account and they will cut you lights out.

It started out good with low rates a day. But then started to notice that each day it was going up by a couple of cents even if no one was at home. My rate went from $5 a day to now $11 a day and just keeps going up.

We just had moved to texas from…

We just had moved to texas from Illinois and didn't have much withstanding credit here in texas so we found a company that would help us out. Let me tell you what in the beginning we thought this was the most awesome company and they were very helpful. That lasted 2 fricken months. We got disconnected almost every other day. They cover their butts and say that they are 2 days behind so that's why the balance is constantly being lower and lower. They even changed my plan from 1 penny threshold to ten bucks and a 20 dollar re connect fee without warning. I had a 40 charge for the weekend and I put 100 bucks down after speaking with a customer service rep and OUT OF THEIR OWN MOUTH based on my usage 100 would of given my 7 days and that was a Friday it's now Monday and I'm being told I have 5 bucks left no full usage left. There is absolutely no way I used 70 bucks over the weekend.
THIS company is a joke. Also I have made a few reports to the BBB BECAUSE they have literally had me on the phone waiting to speak to anyone for 47 minutes 3 different times in a week. Horrible company.

Ms. Beard, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and providing us the opportunity to address them. Per our conversation, at the time of the $100 payment your account did have a valid negative balance of $40.44. The likely reason of your usage increase recently is related to the three (3) window air conditioning units running more frequently due to the increased summer temperatures. As discussed during our call, the local utility does provide your daily meter reads approximately 2 days in arrears, which means that the amount you are billed on Monday for example is for energy consumed on the prior Saturday. We truly appreciated the opportunity to further discuss your concerns and resolve them to your satisfaction. We look forward to continuing to service your energy needs.
