Hello everyone I also read what people post about some things and to be very honest I am very happy with acacia energy. I always have power no outages when ever I need something the customer service is outstanding and always trying to make sure I have all the info I need I received a notice to to terminate service for late payment I knew I had paid my bill but the gentleman was very nice and respectful his name is Ambrosio he explained everything and on the letter it read please disregard if payment has been made. But all I read was termination of service. I have been a satisfied customer of Acadia for several years and I could have switched several times but I like the way I am treated and the kindness they always show me. Thank You Acacia Energy count me as a proud customer.

Things have definitely improved with acacia energy been with them a little over a year and I have to say I was not satisfied at first but I definitely am now.. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing lights without paying a high deposit.. acct#140830

Thanks for the help Karina.i know pre paid companies get bad reviews but that is because of the representatives they put on the phone talk to us like they just want a pay check like we all don’t have the same mindset. However Thanks to Karina, I realized there are still some great people ready to do a great job. I was not easy to deal with but Karina keep her cool and figured out my problem and for that I leave this Hefty comment for Karina. You need a promotion soon

the times I used most usage was when I was never home. My neighbor was also a customer. we was spending up to 60 dollars a week it is less expensive using a regular paid service. my personal experience prepaid is a hustle.

I honestly don't understand the lights I want be at home all day everything unplugged except the refrigerator and I'm still being overly charged it's crazy.

I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days now as my usage sky rocketed on Sunday. I did nothing different but went from 3.99 average to over 30.00 in one day????? I chose the option to have them call me back when i waited for over an hour on hold and they call you back alright and then hang up on you. I still don't know why and my balance is really low now. Other than that everything has been great. Please contact me. I need to know what is going on.

I received my credits, but i was told if i pay $30, i get $10 credit, but when i called to pay, i was told i could only get $20 credit when i pay $50.

I would like to see free weekends included in the packages that you offer along with the free nights.
