I felt hustled and new nickeled and dimed, fees for not using enough energy, fees for using too much, hidden fees, if it’s a fee you name it you got it. The very first month I switched my bill went from a monthly average of $150+ to $65.00. Not cool!

HORRIBLE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVERYTIME I TURN AROUND THEY THREATENING TO CUT POWER! THEY MAKE UP RULES DAY BY DAY . THEY HAVE NOT SENT OUT ANYTHING SHOWIN MY USAGE AND PAYMENTS THRU THE MAIL !! I HAVE A 502 SQUARE FT APT BUT IM PAYING OVER 200.00!! A MONTH!!!! THATS OUTRAGEOUS!!IVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES VIA TEXT AND PHONE.THE APP IS EVEN MORE CONFUSING! I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISCONNECTED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE! They SENT A TEXT SAYING MY POWER WAS OFF AND THEY WERE CHARGING ME A RECONNECT FEE WHEN I TEXTED BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT MY ELECTRIC WAS NOT CUT OFF SO DO NOT CHARGE ME A RECONNECTION FEE THEY CUT MY POWER OFF AT THAT MOMENT !!!THEN I TEXT THEM BACK AND SAID WHY DID YOU CUT MY ELECTRIC OFF IT !!!? THEN THEY CUT IT BACK ON AT THAT MOMENT!! JUST TO CHARGE ME A RECONNECTION FEE!!!THEY WILL DISCONNECT YOU IF YOU ARE A PENNY SHORT! I WOULDNT WISH MY ENEMY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE !!!

I thought this was a good light company but i have to put money on my lights everyday and I'm not seeing why!! The other prepaid lights aren't like this.. not a good light company

Arcacia energy is the best. Very easy and all representatives are so nice and efficient.

I LOVE Acacia Energy and would recommend that ANYONE sign up! Its easy! They have wonderful LIVE customer service that respects and understands their customers. If you aren't with acacia, you're crazy!

I HATE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM THEY TRYING TO TELL ME I USED 60 BUCK IN 2 WEEKS I WOULD NOT GET ANYTHING THUR , YOU WELL BE ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR HOURS THAT FREE NIGHT THING IS A SCAM THEY ARE ALL SCAMER IM CHANGING MY COMANY NOWWW THEY SUCK BUT I HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT SCAMER
