I received notice of disconnection today, 15 minutes before cs stopped taking calls. I had just put $50 on my Acct this morning giving plenty more days and I also had Money on my account already. I don’t understand how my account went from $50 balance to negative $80 in some hours with no unusual usage. This is crazy. Now I’m forced to pay without knowing how or why. I expect something like this to happen when I use the electricity, not when I don’t.

This company is very good. It would be a good transfer company if you are waiting on a bigger company to hook you up. They got my electricity turned on within two days no deposit, pay as you go. That being said I never got the extra $20 promotional that I chose this company for. Either that or it just didn't show on the daily text messages. Also this company is a bit more expensive then what I was hoping for. $50 only lasts about 10 days if you don't use a lot of appliances. Very easy to reload and keep an eye on with the daily text messages.

I don’t have problems with the service, but I don’t understand how my usage keeps increasing when I’m not at home for days at a time.

Outrageous prices.
I dont know how it all adds up. They say i spend over 15$ a day in electricity. I wish i would of paid 100 deposit for another company.
Its not cheaper at all.

I love this company... This is my second time using them. The deposite expensive but you make it in different installments but its well worth it.

I love knowing how much energy I've used each day.

I think Acacia Energy is a great company. They have helped me in hard times. Customer service representatives and the managers are very professional. I have been with them for 2 years and have yet to have any problems.

They are always there for you. They are there to help you if anything comes up wrong about your payments.

Love them... They are affordable and even help you out when you don't have the money to pay

It’s just I like the way they have the free nights me being a single mom and children like to sleep with the tv going is perfect for me.

Absolutely love the fact that my balance was low and i recieved a text that they acknowledged that situation, and informed me the weather was going to get treacherous within the upcoming days and asked if I needed assistance with my payment. I cant recollect any other electric company to show they cared about my well being. I didnt need it, but it was very nice to know.
