I had tried to release equity from my existing mortgage however my existing mortgage company would not do this. I had a high credit score however I was deemed high risk due to my existing debts. Access Mortgages was then recommended to me so I contacted Ryan who then allocated my case to Mark. Mark was amazing he went through everything with me step by step he consolidated all my existing debt (and trust me there was a lot of it!) by arranging me a new mortgage which allowed me to pay off all my credit cards and loans and have money left over for home renovations. Mark dealt with everything including life insurance and arranging a solicitor keeping me up to date along the way, answering all my questions and there were lots of them, nothing was a problem to him and he was always so positive and supportive.

I can’t recommend him and Access Mortgages enough, I was so nervous contacting them and disclosing all my financial details however Mark made it pain free and was so supportive through out the process.

I am now debt free and have a great new mortgage in place along with a better life insurance policy all thanks to Mark and Access Mortgages.

Absolutely fantadtic service. Michael took us through the process from start to finish and was always on hand to take calls and emails to answer our queries. He made what can be a very stressful time so much easier to handle. He arranged what we needed so much quicker than we thought possible. Nothing was a problem for him.
I will certainly be recommending Access Mortgages and especially Michael to anyone I know that requires mortgage advice.

Mark was helping us renew our mortgage towards the end of 2022. He made everything very clear and straightforward. Then during that process we decided to buy a new house and he very quickly helped us find a mortgage for our new place. he was absolutely fantastic and really helped explain the whole process clearly. We were delighted with the help provided by Craig. He gave us sound advice and saved us a significant amount of money based on what we were offered ourselves from mortgage companies. He led us through the whole process and patiently answered all our questions. Didn't realise there were so many steps involved hut he was well organised and was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He even popped in a couple of times on his way back from work when we needed a bit of extra help. Don't often write reviews but i do feel that he was excellent and we have even been recommending him to family and friends.
