Read reviews about Mark Larkin and the folks at Access Mortgages and decided to give them a go with my remortgage and i can honestly say it's probably the best decision I'll make this year. Mark sorted everything in under 2 weeks. Constantly updating me on the progress of my application and giving advice on what was best for me and my wife's mortgage. He even went into the details of my insurance and sorted me out a better deal with much more cover.
I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants to either get a mortgage or remortgage, a very nice guy who is easy to talk to and gives you the facts and figures with no hidden surprises.
Will definitely use them again for my mortgage needs in the future.

Mike was recommend to me by a friend. From the start I felt at ease speaking with Mike.
It can be daunting opening up to someone about your spending habits, your savings and everything else but I felt completely comfortable answering all of Mikes questions.
Throughout the process of putting in offers, I also felt as though Mike was part of it with us, the excitement and the disappointment when you weren’t the highest offer.
He never let you feel down though, it was a case of the next house will be better and he was right.
Mike strived to give advice on everything from savings to bills.
When my offer was finally accepted Mike worked hard at getting me the best deal available. I purchased my house in April and the move in date was the end of September, Mike advised us of every offer and clearly explained the benefits in each.
The mortgage Mike got us we could have never ever have gotten ourselves and he locked us in, which now with everything happening is truly a blessing.
I was anxious on the lead up to moving, Mike ensure I felt less nervous about the process in a way that was also ensuring he never set us up for any false hope.
Today we have moved in and Mike called and sent a truly amazing message with the best life advice for first time home owners.
Unfortunately for Mike he is stuck with me as a customer.
