Brake Disc Wear
Further to my review 8 Nov 23 concerning warped discs on my Sorento. After several e mails I have now received a 25% allowance from Acorn and Kia UK towards the costs of replacement disc and pads. The car is 4 years old covered 36k miles full Kia service history. I am better pleased but am still disappointed that the 7 yr warranty did not cover. Acorn staff have been polite and professional but wonder the worth of the 7 yr g'tee.

A timespan to drop off the car, between 8 -9.30.
I dropped my car at 9 and was called at 11.00 to say my car had passed the MOT.
I had a reminder call on the previous day and a feedback call the following day.
Customer service staff were lovely, friendly and efficient.
I can recommend to all.
