Recent annual service & MOT on 10 yr old Fiesta (50K miles) resulted in replacing rear suspension bushes and coil springs. Due to cars age the cam belt replacement was advised by Ford. Acorn had difficulty obtaining some spares and cam belt replacement didn't go smoothly. Fortunately we have a second Fiesta so delay was not a problem. All completed satisfactory with discount given on parts due to time taken....3 weeks. Kirsty helpful keeping me informed of progress. Very happy.

The only downside was as this issue was a recall by Kia that left me without a car
I had to pay £15 to cover the cost of the insurance as the issue was a recall by Kia I feel that Kia should’ve paid this as this was technical fault recalled by Kia I should not be out pocket by £15
As pensioner this a lot of money to me
