Raised issue around a loss of coolant…
Raised issue around a loss of coolant with no sign of external leak. Symptoms identical to known issue with similar model which are subject to a recall, however encountered dismissive attitude from service staff. Concerns of potentially serious issue brushed aside, resulting in an entirely wasted trip to the garage. Requested by copies of service notes, but instead given invoice which did not reflect the issue fully, very disappointed.

Helpful staff. Service carried out in the time advised. Car washed and vacuumed. Very pleased with the service. Enjoyed a nice coffee from the machine in the waiting area. All staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

Had problem with a part, phoned service and told to bring car in as part on shelf. Staff from spares fitted part while I waited 15mins.
