Excellent service from start to finish. Andy, Service Manager, and the receptionists were 5 star and the job was completed as a waiting job within an hour, car washed and on my way. Can’t fault at all.

Secondhand car purchase experience
After searching for a new secondhand car we finally found the one we liked at Acorn for the price we were willing to pay. We held the vehicle until it was convenient for us to test drive it. They was no usual sales pressure whilst we test drove the car. We got the deal we wanted and the process was very smooth.
I would recommend Acorn Motor Group to anyone who is in the market for a new car. The service was excellent.

Crewe - Josh - Proceed
After a pretty poor experience with a different Kia retailer, I was genuinely a bit put off swapping the car but when we saw a Proceed we like at Crewe I thought we'd give it another go and I'm glad we did. Josh made the whole process simple and stressless and we even ended up taking out some extra cover. Josh is a professional and an asset to the company.

Excellent professional service
I reserved a car on line I was interested in and made an appointment to see it. We were greeted by Josh and discussed the vehicle and trade in options. We test drove the car and discussed financial options. We agreed a deal to purchase the car and trade in my current vehicle.
Josh was professional and friendly throughout and dealt with all the paperwork in an efficient manner. At no time did we feel under pressure, and he listened to our questions and needs.

First Kia, first hybrid…
It’s the first time we’ve bought a Kia car. And the first hybrid. Alex answered our (many) questions, demonstrated all we needed to know on the practical side in a relaxed yet professional manner. Having the remainder of the 7 year warranty plus the service pack is very reassuring going forward. We were extremely pleased with the service and information provided and, above all, the car itself!

Excellent service from Kia. The car advised me that a service was due. I was able to book a date online. Had a couple of reminder messages before the day. The service was a ‘while you wait’ job. All good. Waiting area was clean and pleasant with excellent complimentary WiFi. The hot chocolate was VERY good. On completion of the service I received a video appraisal of my car plus a verbal de-brief from one of the staff. Thank you.

Bought MG he from St Helens Acorn dealership 4 weeks ago. Already gone into MG Crewe garage warning lights. Then get told need new tyre this must have been sold at rhe limit. Be careful when buying make you get the car fully serviced. Don't buy MG

Just bought our car from Acorn Kia in Crewe and honestly, it couldn’t have been easier. Elliot was super friendly, not pushy at all, and really knew his stuff. Elliot made the whole thing feel relaxed and straightforward, which was a nice change from other places I’ve been.
The car was in great shape, exactly what we were looking for, and he was happy to answer all my questions without rushing me. I felt looked after from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them if you’re after a stress-free experience.
