Staff were very helpful, didn’t receive a phone call to tell me the car was ready but they said they had tried to ring me but could not connect call, car was cleaned and valeted, over all happy with service received

accident assessment…
I needed an accident assessment following a bump on the motorway.
I had to have a vehicle assessment for which I paid £25. There was nothing to report and I sat for 90 minutes. Apparently the valet team had gone to lunch so it took a while longer than expected.
