Had to push for an early installation for my mum otherwise we were quoted that it was going to take 3-4 weeks for job to be done and she was suffering.

Acorn Chair Lift Recommended.
A quality product was installed by a technician who knew what he was doing. The chair lift is most helpful to us, but we have a lot of older visitors struggling to get up and down stairs, and this again will aid them. We are most happy to have had the chair lift installed.

Replacement Acorn stairlift
The new stairlift was purchased to replace a 25 year old model where the electronics board failed and there was no replacement board available.The old chair performed well until the failure of the electronics board.The new chair is functioning very well.

I phoned them for a quote on the Tuesday it was up and
running smoothly by Thursday the same week.
If that will not qualify for five stars I don't what will.

A necessary piece of equipment for a disabled person
The Acorn chair lift Is invaluable in allowing my wife to easily access and leave our first floor unit. Without it she would have extreme difficulty entering and leaving.

Acorn’s service was excellent
Acorn’s service was excellent. The whole team bent over backwards to accomodate us. We urgently needed a stairlift after discharge from hospital and Acorn were able to install the chair lift in less than a week.
We would definitely recommend Acorn.

Right from the first enquiry to the actual installation has been first class. All the Acorn staff have been very efficient, friendly and understanding of all our needs. We are very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other users.
We purchased an outdoor curved chairlift which helps my husband right up to our front door. It has been a life changing purchase for us. The installation was quick and clean, and full instructions were given for easy use.
Acorn kept in touch with us every step of the process and delivered what they promised at the sales meeting and on time too.

Personal experience of Acorn's Stair Lift
When approaching Acorn I had already received quotes from other companies. With Acorn though the standard of service was exceptionally high from first contact to quote, followup and then install. You far exceeded other companies.
At all stages staff were very extremely professional, experienced and courteous. I appreciated the high level of customer service and even referred my parents on to Acorn.
I am delighted with our stair lift at home and am confident and relieved that it will allow us to stay in our own home longer and with greater safety.
Finally I would not hesitate to recommend Acorn to other clients or prospective clients.
