Bad customer service, SLOW delivery
representative told me he could price match and to buy the item, then when I bought the item told me that I already got a discount on it so he wouldn't price match further (even though the sale existed when I first got in touch with him ). By this stage I needed the item as a gift and there were none let if un Australia, so I had to go ahead. The item took one month to arrive, so service is also very slow as well.
* Acotis response below says I sought a further discount after the order, this was not true, when I messaged the representative BEFORE purchase the discount was already in existence and I asked if they would price match it even further as even with this discount the item was significantly more than a competitor. They said they would. I suggest they don't lie about correspondence as I still have the emails from the company.

Ordered twice from Acotis
Ordered twice from Acotis, on both occasions they were pretty quick to deliver the goods and they did match the description. The only thing I’ve got to say though is that they don’t shows pics of how the jewellery looks on a person for all brands. I chose Dew and they are rather small. Wearable but they will be smaller in real life then you imagine them to be by looking at the pics displayed. I wrote to their customer service about this but received no response. It’s fine, not a massive issue but you guys asked for my opinion and here it is. My Dew necklace is really cute though and the rings are adorbs. My Hot Diamonds ring is gorgeous, just like the picture.
