Service was second to none. Needed a slide to complete a garden project (which was keeping hubby occupied during lockdown)... Their advice was amazing as was the speed of service and they were very competitive on price. I would (& shall) highly recommend 😊

No communication about delivery but I have received at least 4 requests for feedback on the product.
I phoned last week to ask for an approximate date and was told that they would phone back, alas they have not done so.
I will update this review when the Jungle Gym has been delivered!

Fab slide, good value

Having ordered a tower and swing a couple of years ago, which came with a swing and baby swing, my youngest has now grown and I wanted to swap out the baby swing with a matching swing. I ordered the matching swing which arrived swiftly and was well wrapped. Thanks!

Ordered a slide from here. Have them a call to verify stock as it said on their website and they answered straight away. They were very helpful and even happily helped with a misunderstanding (on my part). They made special effort to get it to me before the weekend too!
Will definatly be ordering from them again!

Unfortunately one of the boxes didn’t turn up with the rest making it impossible to build. However, the customer service was A1!! Even during the coronavirus lockdown, they went out of their way to do everything possible to resolve the issue. Thanks guys

Ordered just before lockdown to try and keep the kids busy but wasn't overly hopeful I'd receive the order any time soon but Active Garden have saved my sanity!

Order arrived within the time frame given, set is solid and has 'normal' sizing of timber and bolts so I will easily be able to maintain it over its life.

Set went together well and even had a quick response from Active Garden last thing on a Friday afternoon when I had a query about assembly meaning I didn't waste a weekend.

Kids now have something extra to keep them busy over the school holidays. Highly recommended!
