Good and not so good
Good coms fast refund. Website needs to be a little clearer but raised that with them. The free item was not sent in package although they say categorically it was. Felt as though accusing me of lying. I wasn't. Contrary to their belief items not sold elsewhere in UK they are. They do fast delivery options. Some good points and some not so good.

Active Hound, goodies
As soon as the order was placed I was kept informed of the products' process right to my door. The only let down was with Royal Mail not delivering for 2 days after they had received it. I cannot fault the service I had from Active Hound and would purchase from them again.
