Bought a mystery box that was valued at…

Bought a mystery box that was valued at almost $200 and I got maybe $80 in merchandise. Terrible customer service probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, very rude and definitely doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ll never buy from Adam and Eve again

Pay to return a defective item

I paid a hefty price for an item that doesn't function as it is supposed to. Sure, I can return it, but only if I pay to ship it back. Why do I have to pay for a defective item when I purchased it on good faith that the listing was accurate? It's kind of like the "shipping insurance" where the company tries to squeeze out more money from the customer instead of operating like a normal business with integrity.

Dishonesty, fees for services you do not get, faulty site, 2 weeks for what is supposed to be standard shipping

I have used Adam and eve a few times in my life. The first time, I recommended to friends who purchased items immediately from them. My items were sent out immediately and got to me very quickly, and i also got multiple free items. This was the first time i had purchased from a store like this so i was nervous but it ended up being great. The product failed after one use, and it was a very expensive product and they let me throw it away and sent me a brand new one no questions asked which was amazing. That was 5 years ago, and now, I placed an order on the 30th of January, and I go to check my email because it is now 9 days later... which I never have waited this long before. I read their shipping guidelines before my purchase, I was expecting a maximum of 4-5 days of waiting. No. I paid a fee for fast processing, and $9.99 for shipping for it to be heading into 2 week territory waiting for the item. As someone who sells and ships things, this is unreal. Then their website, I was supposed to get discounts, and they offered me free things because I made an account, they offered me free things because I gave them my email and phone number, they state that they offer military and student discounts, which I am both. My initial discount for giving my email and number was a huge discount on what I got, making it less than half the price and I got a free product. Then ads kept popping up and my phone froze and I had to restart my phone to get to their website 4x because it wouldnt allow me to use the discount code it gave me at all. Then the discount code i got for making an official account ended up being pretty much useless and worthless and it deleted the initial discount code and wouldnt let me use it again so I ended up losing out. Then I find out, you do not get free shipping with any orders and you cannot use your student discount or military discount if they apply another discount... so me making an account messed everything up and was a waste of time.
They have competitors that offer the same / similar products for way less, with free shipping, and you get them within a couple days and they offer better coupons and do not charge you fees for fast processing and then process it 3-5 days later. Then, when they actually decided to ship it, for some reason the shipment had sat in WA, where I am at, and is now in another state at a facility center which added more waiting for this disaster. I was absolutely misinformed when I purchased this and it said I would wait a few days...because it will be more like 2 weeks.
I went to reddit and saw how many people hate this company now, and do not use them anymore. I will never use nor recommend this company again.

We do allow returns on any item for any reason within the first 90 days of purchase; however, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The customer was not satisfied with the items that were purchased, and we would have been more than happy to refund for the items if they had been returned to us. A disclaimer is on the website that states, Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage. This is located on the Product Returns page on the website.

Scam

Scam! This company is connected with multiple scam based companies, seconds after your purchase they sell your information to other companies that will email you immediately when you get your receipt with your name and information claiming they are offering you “purchase insurance or rebate” connected to your purchase also requesting a proof a purchase. Because of the timing and the information they already have you assume it’s connected to this company but they are not do not reply! This company takes no accountability for selling your information and you will be charged without giving your card information!

Package was not delivered to address

Package was not delivered to address. Will never order again from this website. And would have never ordered anything had I known they would use USPS. This is not the first time USPS fails to deliver. UPS delivered first package on time.

No tracking information and order late

No tracking information and order said it would arrive 2/2/26 it is now 2/6/26 i ordered it on 1/27/26 with rush processing so still awaiting item and no details on where it is at

Why can’t you let me know where my…

Why can’t you let me know where my package is? You give me a delivery date. And you missed that. You guys take so long to ship anything I’m considering not buying anything from you ever again. This is ridiculous. As a matter of fact, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for being so terrible at your job that you can’t deliver one simple item.

It’s super surprising how they even offer the trustpilot review on their actual website 😂. Will be putting in a claim with my bank today..

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Just 2 small items and still not shipped. I reached out to some ( scammer ) named Wayne. And asked why it’s taking so long to be shipped. And he or she replied “takes 1 to 1 1/2 weeks just to ship” and here we’re 2 weeks from that date and still no shipping notification….

It’s simple. This site has nothing but NEGATIVE reviews. I kind of wish I would’ve read these ahead of time. But hopefully you do and DO NOT ORDER..

I site called blush-vibe is LEGIT. I ordered and it was shipped same day. Received 2 days after ordering.
I’ve literally re-ordered everything I ordered from here 1 week after ordering this. And received it before this scam company even said they shipped 😂😂.
Imagine scamming for Pennie’s on the dollar… will be reporting to the BBB.

Tracking your order is horrible

Tracking your order is horrible. When you check the status you can't even tell if its shipped or not. Paid the fee for rush processing for nothing. When I chatted with them they were like it just shipped today, here's your tracking number. Went to USPS website and it says the tracking number doesn't even exist. What a joke!

Decent price and products but the shipping is waaaaaaaay beyond slow. No excuse.

If you expect to get what you ordered within a week or so you're dreaming. Whatever their issue is they need to fix it. I will never order from them again.

They really should lower the…

They really should lower the expectations on the description of the items they sell.
I’m so glad that I only lost 85$ instead of 200$, thanks to the discount, and was qualifying for free shipping.
