tennis player here, the clothes are average like always, but the shoes last longer than any other brand in the market, specially if you are playing in hard courts.

Adidas uses T-Force Logistics — and they STOLE my package.
I placed an order with Adidas and never received it. They work with a horrible delivery company called T-Force Logistics, and guess what? My package was stolen. No delivery, no update, no explanation.
Worse — Adidas didn’t even tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order. I waited for two weeks thinking it was on the way. When I finally contacted customer service, all I got was a weak apology and $15 as compensation. That’s it.
I’m a loyal Adidas customer, but this whole experience was honestly disgusting. No communication, no accountability, no real help. If this is how Adidas handles stolen packages and failed deliveries, I’m not sure I can ever trust them again.
This isn’t just about the money — it’s about basic respect and responsibility. Do better.
Poor customer service
I ordered some shoes in the size recommended for me but they were a little tight when I tried on the item after delivery. So I figured I would order a size up and compare the fit and keep the pair that fits better. The price of the itme presently is 25% more than i originally paid so I called customer service to request a price adjustment which they flat out declined. They suggested i can do an exchange to protect the price i paid... this was valid except that they couldn't guarantee the size would be in stock by the time I returned the shoes I had taken delivery of. My suggestion of a price match was met with "we don't do price adjustments anymore". She went on to then tell me that she couldn't issue me a 25% discount voucher either because my reasoning was not valid. My recent order was almost 1K!!! yet that didn't seem to make a difference. Customer service was ok to lose my business rather than resolve the situation. What a joke!
Horrible customer service
I ordered a tshirt and delivery was today. They used some random shipping company who cancelled delivery because of a “bad address”. Now Adidas is telling me that because it’s in the couriers hands it’s not their issue and I need to take it up with them. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Very good service from de store…
Very good service from de store workers, specially Daniela she was very attentive and available to answer any cuestions I had very good customer service from Daniela
Don’t order from this company
Sent a return back and was emailed from Adidas that I was refunded. This was almost 2 months ago. The customer service team was unhelpful and rude. My financial institution is dealing with the discrepancy. Beware!!!

Disappointed and Frustrated with Adidas’ Repeated Mistakes and Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Adidas. For the second year in a row, my order was incomplete—this time, a kids' hoodie set arrived missing the pajama bottoms. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, Adidas accused me of having a "habit of claiming" refunds and refused to compensate me, despite their own history of shipping errors.
Last year, they failed to include a T-shirt in my order, and on another occasion, pajamas were missing from a set—both times, they acknowledged the mistake and issued a refund. Now, they’re dismissing my complaint, claiming their warehouse records show the item was shipped. If this is true, why do my orders keep arriving incomplete? Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no solution other than blaming me.
This is unacceptable for a global brand. If Adidas can’t fulfill orders accurately or stand behind their products, they don’t deserve customer loyalty. I will think twice before ordering from them again and advise others to be cautious—double-check your orders, because Adidas won’t take responsibility when they fail.
Still no delivery....
So far, I haven't received my order. Purolator keeps dropping the ball (package). It's been beyond the timed promise to deliver. I really want to add Adidas to my regular go to, but NOT with this delivery option.

Bad experience with Adidas Canada
I consider myself a loyal Adidas customer and a fan of their first-generation ultraboost sneakers - I own almost all models of triple-back ultraboost shoes.
But recently, I had a surprisingly bad experience with a pair of winter TERREX FREE HIKER COLD.RDY HIKING BOOTS, which lose the paint on the side of the shoe sole (ultraboost sole) after occasional use during the season. I bought shoes in 2022, but the warranty covers not the time from the purchase date but the time from the product production date. I wasn't even aware that the sole is an off-white colour painted in black as I have the same shoe model in a different top colour, which I bought in 2020, and they are in perfect shape in terms of the sole colour. I own many ultraboost snickers in triple black, and none are losing the paint. So, from my perspective as a consumer and simply common sense, I have a defective pair of shoes. Adidas Canada has rejected the claim referencing the warranty policies.
I'm sharing my bad experience for consumers to be aware of:
Item #1: potential problems with sole decoloring in TERREX FREE HIKER COLD.RDY HIKING BOOTS (ultraboost sole) or other ultraboost snickers.
Item #2: Adidas Canada warranty policies and how the organization stands behind their product quality.
Based on my experience, I'm rating Adidas Canada as 1 star.
Adidas customer service employees do…
Adidas customer service employees do not fulfill their duties and do not help customers in any way to solve the problem with a low-quality product from Adidas. Instead, Adidas customer service employees, as I assume, are busy with their personal affairs during working hours, judging by the inadequate response from Adidas customer service employees, perhaps they drink alcohol during working hours and play computer games. That is why Adidas has such an incompetent customer service that customers rate it at one star. This confirms my guess that Adidas customer service is simulating work in order to justify its salary. And the customer should not expect any real help from Adidas customer service. In addition, Adidas deliberately and cynically violates consumer protection laws.
Misleading and untrustworthy experience with Adidas.ca refunds
I have always trusted the adidas brand for their quality products, but my recent experience with their online store, adidas.ca, has been nothing short of disappointing and frankly, concerning. I returned some clothing items well within the designated return period, but more than two months later, I am still waiting for my refund.
What’s worse is the consistent lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of this issue. Each time I contact customer service, I am told that they need to "open a ticket" to investigate the refund status. This has happened multiple times, and it feels like nothing more than a delaying tactic. No clear timeline, no accountability, just endless postponing without any resolution.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see a company of adidas’ stature handle such a basic process so poorly. This has been an exhausting experience, and I’m now left feeling like my money is being held hostage. How long does it take to issue a refund, especially when all return conditions were met?
Adidas' current behavior feels sketchy and untrustworthy, and I will think twice before purchasing from them again. I highly recommend anyone considering an order from adidas.ca to beware of their questionable refund practices.
Adidas puts their error on me to fix!…
I was on the Canadian site in French and ordered a pair of shoes and got the wheel of death for 5 minutes so gave up, thinking they were having issues. Ten minutes later I went on again and the order went through immediately. I went to bed. In the morning I found that both orders went through. Tried to cancel one order and can’t. I live on an island and going to town takes three hours for a return trip. Now I’m so angry that I’m returning both items.
I recommend.
Bad customer service, bad product quality
If you don't want to deal with poor customer service, avoid buying shoes from them.
I bought a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago, and the right shoe was defective with a dent and a severe tilt to the left, while the left shoe seemed good. I spent a week calling customer service, where the representatives were very rude. One supervisor hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. When I mentioned I would report their poor service and product quality to the media, the agent arrogantly told me to go ahead.
After a frustrating battle, I finally spoke to someone from Adidas Consumer Affairs who helped me resolve the issue by arranging a return and ordering a replacement during the call. Today, the new order arrived, and my friend received the package for me since I am at my home country now. She took a picture and sent it to me, and I was shocked to find that the replacement shoes were also defective—both had dents at the toe and tilted, though in a symmetrical way compared to the first pair.
Now, I am back in my home country and unable to speak to customer service. More importantly, I do not want to endure another nightmare dealing with their rude customer service. It is very draining and frustrating.
From this experience, with both pairs of shoes being defective, I believe Adidas's shoe quality has collapsed. I have been a fan of Adidas for almost 20 years, but now I think it is time to switch to another brand due to their poor quality and bad customer service.
ZERO!
ZERO!! Ordered a hat few weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered yesterday. checked online and the response I got "we're not sure when it'd be back in stock, we advise to cancel the order"!! seriously?? When I placed the order, it was clearly in stock and after waiting for weeks, you are telling me this!! Also, sent a sneaker to be replaced, it's been a month and still waiting for the replacement!! S#!!ty company, no wonder Nike is taking over!!
They lost my shipment and two weeks…
They lost my shipment and two weeks nobody doing anything about it. Probably they will ignore it and leave like that. Terrible service bad customer service too, never use their product even if they free
Extremely Disappointed with Adidas Canada's Online Service
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Adidas Canada's online portal. My shipment got stuck in limbo on their portal, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, it remained unresolved for almost 30 days. The chat feature on their portal was a nightmare; it kept exiting/refreshing, with absolutely no user-friendly UI for responses. When I did manage to get through to a human, the responses were no better – just canned messages that offered no real solutions.
Trying to escalate the matter was also a dead end. Supervisors would take an entire week to call back, only to regurgitate the same unhelpful information without any genuine attempt to resolve the issue. Throughout this ordeal, it was clear that Adidas Canada's AI and human support are woefully inadequate, and there seems to be little to no concern for actually resolving customer issues. This experience has significantly diminished my view of their brand and customer service capabilities.
they just keep submitting requests with no help or call backs...
Was supposed to receive order jan 2nd, we're now the 26th, never-heard-of-before-delivery company refuses to give adidas updates on where the order is, they just keep submitting requests, and adidas refuses to do anything before they get the update from the delivery company. Asked if we can chose which delivery company to use and was told it's random and they have no power over the choice of delivery company. Supervisors are never available to take the call, and ignore all call back requests, whether requested through the call center or chat. They offered coupons as a sign of good faith, but only usable for online orders, which of course i will never do again, can't use them in store... so completely useless for me...
received an email from adidas today saying it has been delivered, which is false, they even said it shows as delivered in their system, but didn't when looking at the tracking when i called them again for like the 10th time...
Spoke with Visa to try to get my money back through them, but because they said it's delivered, i need to give them another 15 days to fix things before they can proceed...
Poor return/exchange process. No communication
Ordered a pair of tights during Black Friday sale (end of November) for a Xmas gift for my son.
Sizing did not work so requested an exchange. Parcel needed to be received at Purolator no later than January 4 and it was delivered to a depot on January 4. I tracked parcel with Purolator tracking number. Parcel was received January 10. No notification from Adidas of receipt of parcel. January 23 I called customer service who advised I "should have" received a receipt notification and that it can take 3 - 4 weeks before replacement is sent.
Warning - Do not order online from Adidas unless you are 100% certain of the size as return/exchange to a physical store is not allowed and doing it online will take about a month or more.
Such a trash company they keep doing…
Such a trash company they keep doing the same thing to me. They keep telling me they sent the refund it has something to do with your bank I call the bank they say there is no refund. Then I call adidas back now they say it’s a system error and they will do A manual return which will take another 3 to 4 weeks what is going on. Worst company out there never buy anything from these people. I’m out 800 bucks I don’t think I’m ever going to see that money. Very disappointing I will never be buying anything from adidas and I will make sure no one in my family does anymore either I’m fed up with their lies.
