Adobe is a mobster company. They change the service and then charge you when you want to leave.

Unbelievable company. They changed the quality and features of their Adobe Express. Made it much less useful. From one day to the next. I also have Adobe Express combined with Acrobat Pro or something. So I want to cancel, and all of a sudden I'm confronted with early break up fees of 4 times my monthly subscription fee. Even though they changed the features and benefits one sided, without given me an option to opt out. It's a rort.

I hate you

I hate you and everything you stand for - your prices are unfair, your services are terrible and the way you try to suck every penny out of your customers is disgusting - I will never pay for your programs

Paying a prem sub every month and…

Paying a prem sub every month and software still crashes regularly mid-project. Tried contacting support twice and both times got generic automated responses that didn't solve anything. At this price point you'd expect better

Very Bad

Very, very bad customer service.

On their website, I had to open more than 8 support cases because each agent kept closing the chat without resolving the issue. I have screenshots of every conversation to prove it.

They applied abusive charges, refused to cancel my subscription, and are now asking for €130 just to cancel it.

To make matters worse, I never received any email notifying me of the automatic renewal.

Very disappointing experience.

Unauthorized Charges, Ignored Emails, and 55 Minutes Wasted on Support

I cancelled my 7-day Acrobat Pro free trial before it expired, yet Adobe charged me $31.99 and $10.99 for services I did not request. I emailed them twice in the weeks prior with no response. On a 55-minute call with support reps Ritika and manager Anuj, they were unable to locate the charges and repeatedly told me to contact my bank instead. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful — Adobe should take responsibility for unauthorized charges rather than deflecting to customers’ banks.

Misleading advertising

They advertise their online service as a "free pdf editor" but when you try to edit a file it asks you to upgrade to pro. Total waste of time.

Predatory Subscription Service

Predatory Subscription Service , beware. Do not use. Unnecessary for any average joe. Big Price Tag.

You Try to Cancel they Hit you with an annual subscription Fee, and it's likely they tricked or manipulated you into additional add ons, you'll also pay for.

Adobe is another money hungry service…

Adobe is another money hungry service that creates labyrinths of pathways to entice and distract users. I have spent over $450 as a single mum to a 8yrd child? I used Adobe for a course and have being paying monthly $39.99 plus $10.99 for who knows what. In addition to a yearly $106 subscription that was taken from my bank account without the 7-day trail. Now my bank card has expired they’re going to cut my service? I have a one year subscription plus $50 give or take a month. Would never recommend and now working with the ombudsman as none of the past 4 emails I’ve sent have been answered. Do not sign up.

I have been using Photoshop Elements…

I have been using Photoshop Elements 2024 for couple of years. Suddenly it will not print my saved files with a message saying The saved print is an incompatible version and when I click on OK it throws me out of the programme. So it is no longer useable. I can find no way of finding out what the problem is. In my opinion this is fraud because they have sold me software that no longer works.

Adobe con you into a 12 month contract

Adobe con you into a 12 month contract, and then charge you cancellation fees to get out of it. I took out an annual contract in Dec 25. It's now Mar 26 and they want me to pay 96 pound to get out of my contract.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE - ITS A SCAM

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE - You CAN NOT get of it, and they will charge you hundreds if you try. I had been trying to cancel last year and they would not let me go without charging hundreds. I eventually settled for them charging me less a month and I could stop at the end of the YEAR contract. BUT on the date I could supposedly cancel, I went to cancel but they WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL without paying a few hundred pounds again. ITS A SCAM. I tried to cancel in the first place because as an artist, their use of Gen AI is absolutely disgusting. Their software and interface are also incredibly hard to use and outdated. As a small business and artist, Adobe used to be essential for me, but now it's just a scam and it is not even good anymore as there are so many software issues

Be aware of Free Trial - Separate cancellations required.

I have never needed to subscribe to use all the other benefits Adobe offers, but I decided to try the free trial. What I didn't realise is that although I subscribed to try the PRO feature, the subscription was divided! I cancelled before the end of the trial, no problem, but I just saw the bill today, and I've been billed for Adobe AI!

I was fortunate to cancel it via the chat service and get a refund. It might be worth checking after a cancellation that you are not subscribed to anything else that you thought was included in the free trial package, and assuming that everything gets cancelled together.

So cunning of them.

They have become so scummy

They have become so scummy. The cancellation charges were absurd, costed over $150 for cancellation charges, on top of their ridiculous $30 PER APPLICATION subscription rate. What became of this company?

So happy that Canva has been a great competitor. All Canva needs to do is to have better software for accurate mock ups and they will eclipse Adobe.

Customer service was good luckily. but Adobe has lost the plot big time

F U ADOBE

What a horrible service in general for every aspect. I have a premium account provided by my university and I cannot locate my adobe ID to access downloads of PDF's required for my university studies and there is not assistance at all in order to find it. I wish the absolute worst on those who have created this inoperable, AI-slop producing company that prioritises profit margins over customer experience.
