The company was really helpful from the outset and the job was fitted on a date and time that suited me. Fitter Dan did a brilliant job with the door, everything thing was done to a high standard and not a spot of dust anywhere. He made sure anything that needed protecting was covered and the place was spotless when he left. I was so impressed – and the door looked great too - very solid and beautiful.

I contacted Adoored after receiving a quote from Everest (where their salesman really tried it on) and was really impressed with the way my enquiry was dealt with.
I them used the online quote tool, which was simple to use and gave me an accurate cost for the front door. A survey was then completed, where the surveyor (not salesperson) explained the process and left us with colour samples etc.
After I placed an order I was contacted by Adoored when the door had been manufactured, to schedule the installation.
All of the above was important, but we were absolutely delighted by the standard of the door and installation was of the highest standard. The installer obviously took significant pride in his standard of work, and this told with the end result.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adoored, and will no doubt use them again in the future.

From the first phone call, to the site visit and subsequent quote through to install, the service was efficient,friendly & professional. The installation team were excellent. Polite, clean and thorough resulting in a great looking new front door at a competitive price and a rarity for the sales team to not be pushy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

My title above sums up our experience with Adoored. We found them online, having liked the picture and designed our own door with the help of their website and had a visit from them almost immediately and everything went really well. Two days to fit and no mess, no noise and the job was completed to perfection. It actually looks better than we had expected.

Superb customer service from Cory and Michael, they pulled out all the stops to ensure our door was fitted within the time-frame of our building work and new porch. Great installation team, in particular Dan and Wes, very courteous, professional and certainly know their stuff. Overall a great company to deal with and we now have a lovely looking front door.......and some very envious neighbours !!

Everytime I've contacted Adoored when tiny faults have appeared they have always responded positively and rectify the problem (normally onsite within 24hours) I will defiantly be using and recommending Adoored again.

The service I received from all the teams was fantastic. I cannot rate them highly enough. From initial form submission to installation everyone was friendly and efficient and I faced no issues. The quality of the door is high and now feel secure after changing from a very old door.

Stress-free and really happy with my lovely new door!

Having my door fitted was a smooth process. I picked it on-line using the design tool - I went for a really modern look. Fitting took a full day as my old door and frame was so ruined by age and sea air. Love how light the door has made my hallway. Love the long handle. And I've had lots of complements from friends and my neighbours. It looks totally unique.

This company is a delight to do business with. Professional and courteous throughout the whole process. They keep you informed at all stages of your order.
The fitter, again, was courteous, polite and professional. He did a great job and tidied up well after he was finished .
I would have no reservations about using Adoored again or recommending them to anyone.

I started looking for a company to purchase doors from when my local (pre used) window company advised they were experiencing issues with theirs and I have to admit I was pretty nervous about dealing with an online company. I came across Adoored via review sites and am so glad I did. Billy was easy to deal with over the phone, he answered all of the (many) questions I had regarding the doors and the fittings. Luke came out to measure up and go through the order, he didn't hurry me and even when I was just about to sign the paperwork and has some concerns over the orientation of the windows he left allowing me to think it over before coming to the final arrangement. I ordered two doors which Luke fitted in a day, he worked like a trojan and has done a fantastic job, I am so pleased with my new door. As I need to colour match the paint Michael forwarded a colour swatch of the door a couple of days later. Adoored is an excellent example of the most amazing customer service that is missing from most companies we deal with these days. Great work guys, you are great!!

Took approx 5 months to be made. Then it was fitted incorrectly with the handle over the lock, which did not allow use of the key. This took weeks to rectify although the handle was moved temporarily. Poorly fitted, some of the bolts for example that secure the handle no longer have a thread on so we cannot tighten it. The list goes on

Some things were based on a delay in parts which is unavoidable. But we had to chase the company all the way and it took a lot of effort for them to offer just 10 per cent off. If this had been more generous or forthcoming, we would return in the future and recommend to friends.

Make sure you ask if all the parts are available before you order. The door is fitted by a third party company, something to remember. Not a great experience for a very expensive door. The quality of the actual door is good, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired
