first class service from start to finish, everything exactly as requested, installer (Danny ?) absolutely brilliant, very polite, professional and tidy, can't fault Adoored in any way, would definitely use them again and recommend them.

My door arrived 3 weeks later than promised and I had to chase constantly for updates. When it finally did arrive it had several scuffs, paint missing on some areas and black marks. When this was pointed out to the delivery driver he called the office who said they will send out top up paint.... we should not have to top up the paint on a brand new door.Once I complained about this they sent someone out to do it properly. Overall it was a terrible and stressful experience. We also had deadlines due to having painters and plasterers booked in which we had to cancel due to the delay. I would not recommend.

They kept us informed of delivery dates, helped us with the spec for our door, their staff both on the phone & face to face came across as professionals, proud of their product & meticulous in not only installing the door & ensuring throughout that we were satisfied with the product, but ensured the minimal amount of disruption & mess throughout. I just wanted to say thank you for a stress free, quality service. Easy to put your order together online and edit it until you're satisfied. Helpful service when you call up and their contractor Evander who carry out the survey and install the door were polite, tidied up after themselves,carried out a full question and answer session with me and turned up when they said they would. I'm always a little cynical of 5 star reviews but in this instance I genuinely can't fault them. There was a slight issue when one of the suppliers fell behind schedule causing the door to be installed later then initially planned, but Adoored kept me informed and updated so I knew what was going on. Once installed the door is solid and sturdy, feels very secure and above all looks great. Please pass on my thanks to the two guys who came to install the door today (14.10.15) and thank you for a great service. I don't know who does your customer service training but keep up the good work.

Please read carefully. After many preliminary phone calls researching our door we proceeded with adoored, so far so good. We had extenuating circstances adoored assured us they would work with us. Survey completed. 4 weeks after our order we get a phone call saying there had been a problem and the door cannot be made...No further explanations. no apologies. 2 viable options, neither which we liked were presented. Constantly needing to call to chase things up. Adoored could not be bothered to correct their errors.

in short, a reflection of a company is how they handle mishaps and errors. We have been left having to re order elsewhere and wasted another 6 weeks. Adoored do not care which is how it seems they run their business.

After ordering our door via the Adoored website and having it fitted there was a slight error with the design of the door that was installed. Although I hadn't noticed at the installation, the company couldn't have been more helpful in rectifying this and offered me a replacement or compensation. Our replacement door has now been fitted and it's fantastic, and we have received several compliments on it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adoored both for the quality of their doors and their customer service.

Getting different things for the door is fine but I think it is a good idea to ask the customer where they would like it or maybe fit it on the day . Otherwise I'm more and happy with the product and would promote it to my friends .

Adoored provided an easy to order website with prompt customer service and installation- the doors exceed expectations. Would use again.

I had my new door fitted on Monday 8th June 2015. The two engineers were very polite and hardworking . The door was fitted within a couple of hours and they were on there way. On cleaning the window the next day i noticed that the door had a blemish mark on the edge near the glass and it had been touched up without my knowledge. Nobody mentioned this too me at the time of installation which was very naughty. The touch up paint they used seemed to be a different colour to the door which is Duck Egg blue and a Willow green colour was used on the touch up. I immediately contacted Customer Service who asked me to send photos which i did. Within an hour I received a call from a really nice lady who arranged a remedial visit.

Today the 17th June 2015 a really nice man came and had a look at my blemished door. Apparently the touch up paint they used was totally wrong as the engineer didn't have duck egg blue on his van he needs to place an order for it so he couldn't repair it. He was concerned that the door needed some minor things doing to it like a hole filing in the frame and a clean up.

The reason i am given a high mark is because of the aftercare has been really excellent.

I would recommend this company to all my friends and family as my new door is beautiful.

I loved the fact that you could design and cost up your own door on line. The surveyor was really helpful and the guys that fitted it did a great job and there was not a spot of rubbish left behind. The door is exactly what I wanted and is such an improvement on my old door I reckon I will make the money back in lower heating bills in one winter! Everyone that comes round comments on how good the door looks and cant believe it when I tell them how much it cost! I even recommended a friend and he bought a door because he liked mine so much!

The finished front door looks good although time between confirming order (handing over payment) to door being fitted was close to 8 weeks. Would have appreciated updates on progress as toon longer than time quoted, plus rxperience word haven better if did not have to chase. However customer service were very good and helpful. Overall final product great just wish communications were better.

Very easy, quick and professional company - outstanding product and service. It was very easy to order and we received all the necessary paperwork in good time. We also didn't receive unnecessary phone calls or follow-ups because Adoored obviously know what they are doing. The colour of the door we picked is slightly different online than in real life but wasn't a massive issue as they made up for it in other areas of this process. The 'different' tone of green grown on us after a while and we like it. Installation was also quick, easy and there was no mess and no drama. Stressfree and very pleased with the experience we had with the company from ordering to installation. Thank you!

Super quality doors. Well installed by very polite fitters.

Staff all very nice and helpful. Several delays re surveyor, wrong order and information meant it all took three times longer than expected and I nearly had to cancel as I was on a deadline to fit a door before the floor was laid. You have to use the key to open the door from the inside, which I find inconvenient. The door seal at the bottom came out the first day. I did ask if it could be completely sealed underneath the bottom of the front door outside because of water and rodents getting in, there were large gaps left and I had to concrete it myself.
A nice door but expensive so I would have expected the finishes to have been better.

I found Adoored after an online search and chatted with one of their online advisors who was brilliant and answered all my questions. I then ordered my new door in total confidence that it would be perfect. The surveyor who attended prior to fitting of the door was thorough and went through every detail of my order to make sure I was entirely satisfied with what I had ordered. The two fitters were friendly and professional and clean and tidy in their work. I adore my new door and cannot recommend them highly enough.
