A great company who carried out the fitting of our new contemporary front door which we are really very pleased with. However, there does seem to be a lack of communication between Adoored and Evander who are the Surveyors. There were a couple of mistakes along the way which took time to rectify and resulted in an unnecessary delay as they didn't liaise with each other properly. The door fitter was excellent and took charge when appointments were required for fitting. Overall, I would recommend but just recommend that their administration processes are reworked.

From start to finish, we had amazing service from adoored! Survey was done quickly by a lovely chap and installation was done quickly by two lovely chaps! We were kept updated during every stage and are absolutely delighted with our new front door and window. We've had lots of lovely comments from our neighbours and now we feel secure in our home.

I could not recommend Adoored enough. From a simple and innovative design process, through to exceptional customer care and beautiful products, this is a company that you can Trust! What a fantastic service we received from adored, really, really happy with the quality of the door, its a fantastic product and a great concept. The service was extremely efficient and very slick.

Before placing my order the customer service and support was very good. Since placing the order I have seen the level of service drastically decline. I have had phone calls not returned, live chat questions left unanswered and to top it off we received a phone call last week saying that the door would be fitted today. In true form after phoning to find out where the installer was, I was told it was booked in for next week. A day that was never agreed as my wife has an appointment at the hospital.

We both care for children from home and for safety reasons we had to shut our business due to the installation today resulting in a loss of over £300.00 because we are self employed.

As you can imagine neither myself or my wife are happy. A new date has been agreed, but it does not detract from the poor level of service and care that has been received. You promised before I placed the order many things, as yet it would seem these promises are made to get people to make an order, but once you gain the order the promises are forgotton. Its a shame because we had been thinking about ordering one of your folding doors.

I trust you dont treat all customers in this way.

We await with baited breath to see if the new installation date can be met.

I couldn't recommend Adoored more highly. The whole process was pain free beginning to end and they really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Good competitive prices and great products and we are couldn't be more pleased with the finished job. The Fitters were also so professional and courteous.

We ordered our door just over a year ago. The service was friendly and helpful. The surveyor listened to our thoughts carefully, and was able to make some helpful suggestions about things that we hadn't thought about (we've never bought a new front door before!). The fitters were polite and tidy, and the door looks and feels great. I would very happily recommend Adoored Limited to anyone.

A bit nervous at first with ordering doors online,I neednt have worried.i bought 2 GRP doors,supply only,when the doors arrived my joiner fitted them both in about 3 hours,that included taking off existing doors and tidying up before fitting new doors,the doors are fantastic,no draughts even in high winds,lots of good comments from neighbours and friends,the doors look great too.the service from Adoored was great,they sent a local firm to measure,twice,just to be sure,the doors were well wrapped and delivered on time.i would recommend Adoored to one and all.i had a quote from Everest for same doors and they wanted £10,000.I got the doors from Adoored for £1800 brilliant.

we had wanted to replace our door for a while and had spoken to a few people. They all sounded good.

In the end we went with Adoored and we are very happy with our new door. As importantly the fitters were excellent and it was as if they were not there, please thank them they did a great job.

Was delighted with the service and product when i bought my new composite doors.

I ordered a new front door because I wanted one that fitted properly
and also looked more stylish. The whole procedure worked well.
Questions on 'live chat' were answered quickly and provided all the
information I required.  A survey was arranged and the man arrived on
time.

On the appointed day workmen carried out the installation with no fuss.

A few weeks later the door lock became stiff to operate, due to
movement in the house which is a common problem on clay. Two days
after contacting Adoored  the lock was adjusted. This good follow up
service is all too rare, well done.
