The Agent was pleasant , professional etc. This time she said they were unable to quote as in competitive. When asked what the quote was it was several hundred pounds more- hence the low review .

Although we called with quite a challenging issue, we were dealt with in a friendly and positive manner and the issue was resolved quickly and a new policy put in place straight away, so we were very impressed with how they dealt with things that were a bit out of the ordinary.

Good communication. Phoned back when they said they would. Asked for a change to the policy late afternoon one day received confirmation of change 6 am next morning!

Plus, the premium for 6 moths for a Learner and 2 adults was really cheap! (Don't tell them that or they'll put the price up 🤣)

Really easy to talk to and organise my landrover insurance. Highly recommend

Never had to do a three stage authentication for car insurance!
Became convoluted as I needed to gather information from the other named drivers.
Also don't understand how an official identity card such as a driving licence isn't good enough as proof of address!?

Answered phone with a human. Explained all. Options and best advice. Listened and understood what I was looking for. No jargon. All made very simple and direct. Lovely to deal with.

Do not insure with this company. Had a renewal from the Post Office. Slightly higher so went to Go Compare and Adrian Flux offered much cheaper. Went with AF only to find that they didn't ask when the cover was due to start so took it as the time I phoned. Charged me £28 for 1 day insurance, plus £17 admin fee, only to increase my premium after stating the insurance was not complete and more questions needed to be answered. Answered them and the premium went higher than my renewal. Also: personal accident was extra, even though it was clearly stated as part of the original quote which I paid for, which I am certain is illegal to do, increasing mileage by 1000 was extra. In the end dumped them and the original insurer refunded all the costs incurred by Adrian Flux PLUS offered higher mileage for free. Stay away from these clowns.

Awesome company to go to for insurance great communication and great prices would recommend to anyone if you have problems with other companies, and great prices.

Honestly, the service from the advisor on the phone was excellent. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had arranging insurance. He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what is usually a tedious task surprisingly straightforward. A real credit to Adrian Flux.

Great to talk with someone but a little too much oversell beyond what I wanted on the day. I understand why this has to be but as I have paid more than other quotes given there’s no need to convince me beyond what I know. i have two motor cycles insured with you too so I am happy with your organisation.
