Adrian Flux Reviews 

Previous insurer was hiking my premium for renewal by 33%.
I have a clean driving record.
Tried Adrian Flux and although the premium is higher than last year, it is still much improved on my last insurer.
They got my business !

Had my insurance with them into 3rd year, plan to get agreed valuation once truck complete. Submitted all documents as agreed, Flux then said they wanted an independent valuation done at my cost. Tried to contact their recommended valuer which proved impossible to get hold of. Decided to dump Flux and go to Clasicline insurers who are affiliated with NHRA, they had the same documents and pictures submitted, agreed valuation with a competitive price on policy with recovery included. Don’t bother with Adrian Flux they have lost their way me thinks with offering so many other products.

Got insured last weekend on my kit car, took it out this morning and the clutch give out. I called up and a lady arranged recovery in less than 5 minutes and I got collected within the hour. Brilliant service!

Give timely reminders that your insurance renewal is due, then keep you informed every step of the way until actual renewal date and often follow up with a phone call and the telephone manner of the representatives is exceptional. Insuring with AF is stress free.

The company representative understood my Vehicle, my Requirements and Expectations. I was offered the cover to suit my situation at a competitive and sensible price. I am not too aux fait with 'phones' so have not yet downloaded the 'app' but have managed to print the Policy and am pleased that I have the cover I needed.

Very professional easy insurance set up very impressive

I had a particularly complicated issue to resolve, the customer services department (Janine,Ethen and Heather) dealt with the matter, they were considerate, and professional and sorted out my problem helping
to take the stress out of the situation for me which was very worrying.
They were a credit to Adrian Flux my new insurance company.

I rang to organise motorhome insurance and the person I spoke to was super helpful and friendly and very knowledgable, I'm just sorry I didn't take a note of his name

The Agent was pleasant , professional etc. This time she said they were unable to quote as in competitive. When asked what the quote was it was several hundred pounds more- hence the low review .

Although we called with quite a challenging issue, we were dealt with in a friendly and positive manner and the issue was resolved quickly and a new policy put in place straight away, so we were very impressed with how they dealt with things that were a bit out of the ordinary.

Good communication. Phoned back when they said they would. Asked for a change to the policy late afternoon one day received confirmation of change 6 am next morning!
