ADS came within 24hrs of contacting them. They were recommended to me and I am very pleased that they were. Within 4 hours my 15th century house had a new aerial and WiFi in every room. Something that we had been unable to achieve for 15 years.
Jason & David were perfect gentlemen who were polite, respectful and worked hard & fast in the hottest day of the year. They even did a little extra job which was very much appreciated.
I cannot recommend ADS highly enough.

I had ADS around about a week ago to install a new Sky Q dish. Sky wouldn’t go near my roof when I told them I didn’t want it to be seen. This wasn’t a problem for ADS though. Nick and Mike came the day after I booked the appointment. They quoted me a good price and had the job completed in about 90 minutes. Can’t see the dish, nor the cables. Great work from the lads.

Excellent service, diagnosed the problem, suggested the solution with no hard sell, fixed a new aerial and booster and the price was very reasonable, would highly recommend, Jamie was a lovely guy.

Nick and Mike came out and did a great job sorting my satellite. Now I don’t have to talk to my wife

I called these guys when our tv aerial on the roof stopped working. Amazing service. They called back within 24 hours of my enquiry and the next day Steve and Danny arrived. They got the ladders out in the pouring rain and fitted a new aerial and retuned both our TVs. Very friendly and professional service. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

There is nothing wrong with the service received as engineers arrived at specified time and did the job as the office instructed them to do. My issue is with the office, I've agreed one price with the office to price match another installer that I got a quote from a day earlier, and then when Engineer installed the aerial he asked the invoice to be paid of that agreed price + the VAT ..... knowing full well what I discussed with Alex (the manager) in the office the day before I wasn't happy, although after speaking to Alex later today he explained that all prices quoted are excl VAT.
Fine, it's water under the bridge now as invoice is all paid up and am just wenting my fury on yell.com, but would not use ADS Aerials again or in future will ask for the invoice to be sent prior to any work taking place, as in my eyes it seems "the +VAT" bit is the profit, because which normal household (non-business running household) would ask for the price without a VAT included, as if you can buy anything nowadays without a taxman (VAT) on your back one way or another. Business to Business sales okay, but services like these to consumer, I've never experienced it before.

Wow, what can I say!? Another amazing job, this on my cinema room AV which sounds epic. Complete transformation. Also had our AV rack re done and control 4 installed for all our media. Cannot recommend ADS highly enough. They have installed sound and security systems for us but Stevan went over and above and helped us with various other things (like moving our satellite dish when we had scaffolding issues). Stevan couldn’t be more helpful and professional. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
