This company have been excellent throughout our refund process. They have kept in touch both via the telephone and email. Sachin has been very patient and helped us the whole way. He never once promised anything that they couldn't deliver on. He always said it could take up to 9 weeks to get our money back and fortunately it was much quicker than that, but he always said that he didn't want to promise something that he couldn't deliver on. For one of the previous reviewers to say that they are robbers, is completely unfair, and they are probably just not giving these poor people the time that they need, to get the money back from the airline. People, please remember, so many people are claiming refunds from airlines because of this pandemic and the travel agents are literally stuck in the middle. They cannot release your money, until they have received it from the airline themselves. Give them time and be patient, and most of all be polite, they are doing their best.

My mum was stranded at JFK so I called Roger who got her a returned flight at a tight turn around. I am very grateful to him and his company for that. His mannerism was very polite and he was extremely helpful.

At first I was a bit skeptical as to why Aerial routes were able to give us a price for the four of us to the US $600 cheaper than most other websites. This also included a baggage allowance which everybody else wasn't including. However, my skepticism was unfounded.

We got an amazing deal with a great airline 'American Airlines' and Roger was really helpful and patient with all our questions from beginning to end. Will definitely be going to them in the future.
