Roger was very professional and very understanding to my travel needs. He provided me with the best possible deal in the market for my trip and have a flexible payment plan for me to be able to purchase the ticket with little stress.

Cost Effective and Very Helpful
I found Gavin to be very helpful and able to respond quickly to my requests and get very competitive prices on my trip £700 cheaper than another company.

The initial phone call and booking we found to be very helpful and a great service.

However, we then had to wait a full week to receive our tickets, and only then after we had called and e-mailed.

An e-mail telling us they had received ours saying all was ok with the details they had, would have been nice. We would not then have had a week of waiting and worrying what was going on.

Overall the service was good and we would probably use them again.

Mandy very professional she was very helpful and efficient and my flights to St Lucia and Trinidad were very competitive. I was happy with the service.

Mandy is the boss. Was really desperate to get a flight to atlanta from Heathrow in July and after getting bombarded with the £1k + fare quotations from almost all the major travel agents, I stopped by Mandys aerial route.
