Very poor rude customer service.
Made a hotel booking in march for aug.
Made payment , voucher sent was told all confirmed...now have found out no reservation.has been made at the hotel..
Rang company up and now been told cinfirmation is 2 days before check in.
I rang the advisor i made booking with tiday and he basically was so rude ignorant and unproffesional.
He said im angry and i need to calm down..
I wasnt angry at all.
He belitted me over the phone and wouldnt let me speak to the mananger.

Wont give me a refund at all.
Now il file a complaint with ATOL.
avoid this 2 face lying company.

I used this company for Umrah last year and have some conversation for Umrah this year. My advisor was Br Arham he is a very friendly, helpful and experienced person. Definitely recommend this company for any travel related matters.

Used umrah service in november. Paid for my own room despite clearing all the package charges before my flight.

Still waiting for my refund after 8 months.

It has to be the slowest processing ever.

Booked an umrah package for my family of 8, they just returned back. Areeba helped us put the package together, and she was an absolute star from start to finish. She listened to our requirements and provided advice and quotes accordingly, and we were very picky about a lot of things, but Areeba was so patient and hardworking, and the best thing about her was that she was always available, and was checking upon how the trip is going and even if they had returned home safely. Experienced good communication and any issues were dealt with promptly. She always replied immediately. We performed our umrah . Our stay at both hotels was good. Just minor housekeeping issues at Madinah hotel, otherwise everything was good. I would definitely recommend booking with this company and would InShaAllah book with them in the future.

The overall experience was very good. The hotel and service in Makkah was amazing, though the hotel in Madinah was not really what I expected, as there were a number of issues with the room. She also arranged five star hotel again with less price as compared to some other websites. Eman is very professional and goes an extra mile to help her clients. I highly recommend her.

We booked our Umrah package with Usman who was extremely helpful and patient with all of our queries and concerns. We gave him our choice of hotels for both Makkah and Medina which he then tailored to our requirements ie Haram view and breakfast.

The package price was very competitive. Usman provided regular updates on flight time changes and followed up with quick checks in over the phone.

I requested for Wheelchair service for my mother which was factored in to the flight. This was important for me as mum has an injury from an rta.

I would highly recommend Usman’s services to other customers. Overall very very happy with the service provided.

Very poor service in Mecca while hotel reservation is been cancelled and had to call agency from their, No HCN number been given by the agency prior departures and it’s only given when I had to contact with them from Macca. in Madina hotel being changed without prior notice expect passenger to read their email while they were busy with in pligrim however each hotel was booked by the agency before departure even though confirmed and sign by the passenger, hotel was been paid for it long time ago, very careless service and system, I would not recommend to any one this agency. The service is very ridiculous as passenger has to go through so much of trouble.

alhumdulilah our trip from beginning to ending was perfect. The transfer's,hotels ziyarat in both Mecca and madina was perfect. Would definitely recommend them and book with them again.
