Very clean, lots of many different sections for sitting, play spaces for children, very fresh and modern. We had a very nice travel from Newhaven to Dieppe

This is my go too ferry for travelling between France and the Uk Always fair on price. We do eat on board, food is good for me as I’m a veggie always an option. Although I do think it can be a tad expensive. Would always recommend

Newhaven - Dieppe is a really great crossing, I cross on it summer and winter. Operating their 2 boats in the summer in rotation, means only ever one boat in port, no delays and no long tailback queues stretching up the M20 in summer. The 4 hour published crossing time is normally about 3.5hrs which goes really quickly in the summer on the outside decks, with fixed benches, fixed picnic tables and plastic chairs to lay back and read a book. Soak up the sun on the wind free decks next year on a 09:30 out of Newhaven, or a return on the 12:30 noon from Dieppe, and and forget the motorway queues, bonnes vacances...

1 hour 30 delay on the way to France .no explanation, light apology. 3 hours 30 on way back, door issue.

Shut the checking gates early so we missed it
Does what it says on the tin. Left on time, arrived early, as promised and got us from a to b. What's to complain about? The staff were friendly and helpful which was much needed after the Highways Agency did their best to make us all miss the ferry by closing the road to Newhaven and sending us on a forty minute diversion that took us back to the closed road.

Very good boarding, travelling with dog, he stayed in mojo and was chilled, ferry was clean and comfortable, food was good, disembark at Dieppe was also smooth

All was great apart from the toilets and string holding the door shut, a woman pushed door broke string and broke in which embarressed us both

Great staff service. Very friendly. Plenty seats. Food looked good but didn’t eat anything. Good choice of duty free. Boat felt a little dated but didn’t impact the journey.

Cancelled at short notice took ages to get through to the service moved to Dover 3 hour extra drive probably cheaper as well as we booked a cabin etc but no refund as booked through a ferry not directly. All in all fairly frustrated
