Highly recommend Affinity Mortgages. Richard has been so helpful throughout the process, answering any queries we had and ultimately finding us the best mortgage.
The paperwork was handled efficiently and quickly by Mary, who was also on hand to deal with any questions. They made the process stress free and we can’t thank them enough.

We were recommended to Dean Neagen, from Affinity Mortgages, by the estate agent we were buying through. As first time buyers we were a little unsure of the whole process of purchasing our first home with a mortgage. As soon as we started speaking to Dean, on our obligation-free introductory call, we immediately reassured and Dean was fantastic at explaining the process to us and answering all of our questions honestly and in a way that we would fully understand to make us feel empowered that we were making the best decisions.

Once our mortgage application had been submitted our case was handed over to Mary Kearney, who has been simply wonderful at tracking our application and keeping us updated. Her communication with us, has kept us excited and informed during the process, and she made us feel like she was genuinely excited for us when we got the official acceptance news!

We also liaised with Billy Wilkinson, who helped us decide on the most appropriate life and income insurances, to help protect ourselves. Again, Billy provided the same honest and helpful service, making us feel informed and supported.

It has been a delight having Dean and Mary, on behalf of Affinity Mortgages, look after our mortgage case, and Billy on the insurances. We will certainly look to use Affinity Mortgage's services in the future if we ever need it!

Dean Neagen at Affinity has been outstanding! He has helped myself and my fiancé to get our first mortgage agreed and has been very helpful throughout.
We had a few hiccups along the way to getting a mortgage offer and Dean was able to guide us through all of these advise on exactly what we should do at each step which really did help. He made a very stressful month a lot easier to deal with and his optimism kept us from giving up!

Thanks also to Mary Kearney who was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed and helped to move things along very quickly!

i have used Daniel at Affinity Mortgages for quite a few years and for various different types of mortgages and Daniel and his team never fail to deliver,

Affinity and in particular Nathaniel and Jess have recently helped me and my wife with our first mortgage, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
Nathaniel has been extremely generous of his time over the last year during the build up to applying. Due to being self employed with only 1 years worth of accounts, my options were limited so it was important we got it right. Nathaniel advised on what I needed in advance and helped me plan for when I could put an application in, and dealt with every question I threw at him... and there were a lot.
Once we got to the application stage, Jess took over and she was absolutely faultless. She kept me and my wife informed of everything that was going on and helped us get the 'yes' we were looking for, which we were not sure would happen.

From the very first call I had with Ben Carter the whole process was seamless and pain free, considering prior to contacting Affinity I was given the right royal run around by Natwest who I have banked with for 37 years.
I read reviews all the time and wonder if they are legitimate, but I can assure you this one is.
You will be in both safe and professional hands being appointed your own case manager who in my case was Olivia Baker. Thank you to everyone who made my re-mortgage application so simple ending with a successful outcome.

We used Affinity for our remortgage. We had a phone call with Daniel Edwards who provided us with options to discuss.
Once we decided which worked best for us, we got the ball rolling and everything was done smoothly.
The team kept us informed of progress and confirmed once our documents we sent were received.
Very happy and shall use again in the future.

Would highly recommend Daniel at Affinity Mortgages great service all the way through our mortgage application and he gave us the best advice to port our existing mortgage to avoid early repayment charges. The admin team were also really good at providing updates given delays because of Covid, we found Ellie really helpful. We will be using Daniel again when we need to remortgage.
