Shoes were very good quality but unfortunately too big so am having to return. Found delivery slow so didn’t give me much time to find another pair for event at the weekend.

Wrong size coat sent despite size…
Wrong size coat sent despite size clearly printed.Tried to return using Evri collection but Evri has got my incorrect details and my payment unable to go through. I am away now for some time so unable to exchange. Although the coat was free I am still annoyed at lack of bothering to check details. Size 16/18 sent instead of 18/20. Will now give the coat to charity.

Garment unacceptably creased
When I ordered I was not given an approximate delivery date. When the order arrived it was extremely creaseed and did not fall out by hanging the garment. I have not yet ironed it to get the creases out but will no doubt have to steam it.

Couldn’t get slippers on.
Took over a week before I heard that order was being dispatched. Will need to send slippers back as my husband couldn’t get them on. I don’t think anyone could get them on as the zipper opening is way too small.
