Package came earlier than expected
Package came earlier than expected. It was wrapped with care. The lids were on tight but it wasn't to the point where I couldn't get them off. That gave me reassurance that the company was paying attention so there's no spills. Also I received 3 small sample fragrances as a gift.

Great company got my first order within 4 days …
Great company got my first order within 4 days ordered on the 14th and received my order on the 18th. Everything smelled so good made my second order on the 19th and it will be delivered on the 23rd of this week. Definitely will continue to order from here

I have been pleased with the oils that I received thus far. I am in the process of converting the oils into perfume with the tutorial provided. Trying to create my own scent for my business. The others will be changed into perfume versus oils for some of my potential customers.

Not so Great
One of the oils I ordered gave my sister a really bad allergic reaction she almost had an asthma attack I emailed customer service and did not receive a response that was suitable as a customer. This is my second order with this company and neither experience has been satisfactory. I like some of their products and want to continue doing business however if I don’t feel valued I may have to look elsewhere.
