I bought a cell phone from this company many years ago and never received the phone. The purchase was made through Paypal so I was able to get a refund.

It was my very first time ordering from this website. The prices are awesome but I had ordered a phone and payed extra for fast shipping 11 days ago and was suppose to be a 3-5 day delivery and on top of that it didn't even ship out for 7 days. PLUS I had sent numerous of messages and I have not received one reply because I asked why it was taking so long. I am getting impatient.

This company is a fraud, they won't deliver the product. Stay away!

I ordered three tablets from this site. They sent me one that is defective and in order to get a replacement, I have to pay. They will not refund shipping and in order to get a new one I have to pay the shipping to send it back. Not worth it. Horrible customer service. This is the THIRD issue I've had with this same order.

I bought three tablets from this site. They are cheaply made pieces of junk. First of all, one of the tablets came broken and in order to get a replacement, they want me to pay. I already gave them their money, I'm not giving them anymore for their mistake. I have had numerous conversations with the company about the broken tablet. Very bad customer service. Second of all, now the other two tablets have stopped charging. Thirdly, the chargers barely fit into the tablets in the first place. After only a few weeks of use, the chargers started acting like they had shorts. Now they don't charge at all. I will not be shopping here again. Huge mistake and a waste of money.

I bought a cellphone from them for 200= $300, took 74 days to arrive and it wasn't working. I returned it and they only refund me 90. Don't waste your money and time.

I bought a smartphone from them on ebay. It showed defects after a month. I asked them to send me a new one; they told me "it isn't possible, but we will take the article back". I offered to buy a new article and then to send it back. No answer from them. Now the smartphone is completely broken down- I tried to get in touch to them multiple times, but no avail.

Though the first resolution offer was not bad, I had no chance to follow it through. Now I do not have a chance at all since they refuse to communicate.

Buying again from them is not an option.

I had a very positive experience with dealsmachine.com (former ahappydeal.com). My order was not large in monetary terms, but 6 different items (a chinese cell phone, flash card for it, sim adapters, pen presenter, wireless mouse and webcam) - they were all very inexpensive, but sufficient quality.

All arrived in good shape. From paying to shipping - 4 days (weekend included); from shipping to delivery - 3 weeks. That's pretty fast given my location.

Overall I'm satisfied and will buy in future from them, if they'll have items I need

I bought a present for my 5 year old daughter, 26/4/2014 expecting it to be here for her birthday next week. It hasn't come. I am on a fixed income and will be having trouble replacing present.

People talking about how good ahappydeal is they are full of bullshit...this company is a scam .people do not shop with with this company..they going to give u tracking numbers u cant track..you want be able to call customer service you are going to be fucked up like me. Ordered often phones. 1 phone was not good. This phone is sent back to China. There are received the phone. Promised to send us a new phone. Return It is now more than five months and still no phone. Very sorry it started well but it ends as always very poor.

Theyve lied to me several times about having orders in stock, shipping orders on time, and giving refunds. They say they will give you a refund if you ask for it when your order hasnt shipped. They will give you a token refund less than half the amount to fool paypal. They will ship orders partially filled if they are out of stock and wont tell you if they are. They will make it difficult to get your money back if there's a problem worth a refund. They are overseas, so they dont care.

They will try to hold onto your money at all costs. Beware.

Very nice talking on there site but service is a disaster I ordered for more than 270€ and paied for extra fast delivery but what I've got after 3 weeks is still nothing and the site is still processing my order, when ask for online chat this is never available and
by sending mail I receive after 2days every time the same automatic answer that I have to click on a liks and the link brings me to the same page that I can do nothing with it I start thinking that this site is from cheaters.

I placed three orders with this company, one as a consumer and two as a business, ranging from about $100 to over $1500. I advise you NEVER use them, regardless of pricing or advertised promises. Once you place an order, you will wait 2-3 weeks or longer for them to process and ship. The items they ship are cheaply made and sometimes poorly packaged. Although they advertise a warranty, if there is a failure of a technical product, they tell you to take it to a local shop, not to replace it. Worst company ever.

Ahappydeal.com has been nothing but good to me over the past two years. I started saving tons of money on gifts for people ($150 just this Christmas - I never gift shop anywhere else now), and the tech they have is just an insane value.
The $10 mini speakers I just bought this time around have blown away all my friends - the bass is thick and rich, and really thumps. the clarity is just awe-inspiring for the price. Likewise, the headphones I bought three pairs of sound *just like Beats* for $7.
I know that sounds impossible, and makes me sound incredible, but
I am not a liar. I giggle with delight every time I receive a package from ahappydeal, because I am obsessed with great value, and this is the Mount Fuji of insane values. I am writing this on a $45 tablet. I mean, come on.
I'd say don't listen to the haters, don't spend a ton there till you feel confident, but you'll never find cooler gadgets at these prices anywhere. ever.

Placed order with ahappydeal.com before I had read any reviews. Cancelled order within 48 hers. Was verified by ahappydeal my order had NOT shipped out and would not be and that I would get a 100% refund. Notified my bank and they refunded my money. Bought new phone from another company. Three days latter received package by DHL thinking it was new phone I just ordered I opened it only to find it was the order from ahappydeal, I wrote them but they just said sorry it was sent out by mistake since you have it now how about paying for it and keeping it rather than returning it. I have already bought another phone I don't want to buy this one too. They refuse to send address to ship back but keep saying over and over to my bank and PayPal to get refund I have to ship merchandise back. They offered small amounts several times $10, $20 and the phone but I'm already out $121.21. Don't know what to say to get the stupid address to ship something back to the place is but if anyone has it please send it, to me so I can get my money back.

Just do yourself a favor and give this company a big miss!

APPALLING SERVICE! I placed an order for many items 5 days ago, i paid through the nose for EXPEDITED shipping, of which states should be received within 3-5 days.
since placing the order i have had no confirmation e-mail withing 24hrs as stated.
still the status on the website reads 'processing' still after 5 days!
since then i have opened 3 tickets (sent 3 messages), and not 1 has been replied to.
What an absolute joke!
MY ADVICE... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
