After reading some great reviews about this site I went to order 2 mobile phones.
The process went smoothly until I clicked the submit button from that point I have had nothing but trouble from the company.

1. I have been told from "ahappydeal.com" that my order from PayPal was not verified so I should send them a scan of my passport and a scan of my credit card, after calling PayPal (because this was a little suspicious), PayPal told me that they hadn't send a message saying anything of the sort, in fact my payment went through without and glitches this went on for 8 days with ahappydeal.com.
After sending messages back and fourth to this company I am not able to get a straight answer as to what is happening with my order this is 11 days on,
I have attempted to ask ahappydeal.com via support.ahappydeal.com what is the "real" issue my order hasn't been send yet but all I get in reply is a robot thank you for your reply message and then Admin close the ticket not enabling my to reply to the question.

2. I have paid for "Expedited Shipping" with "Delivery Estimates: 3 - 5 business days to major destinations." but 11 days on the order hasn't even been processed and I cant seem to get and answer for the Admin as to what is happening with my.

In short this company has very bad communication and the processing times are ridiculous

Stay clear of this company.

as you can see with my you are adding so many other negative reviews, they continue to send also offers publicitarie, which should stop after I have cheated for 61 euro! Cheaters!

dopo tre mesi ancora non ho ricevuto l'oggetto smatrphone cubot e nemmeno il rimborso come mi avevano promesso ,l'oggetto non e' mai arrivato in italia come si evince dalla tracciatura, e' rimasto fermo a pechino il 17 ottobre, ahappydeal mi ha truffato 61 euro vergogna!!!Non comprate da questi !!!!!se guardate ci sono altre recensioni di gente come me che e' stata truffata !!!!

i've bought several electronic items from this company. The prices really afordable and the items are or great quality and quantity! Now I'm ready to do my Christmas shopping in October since I will be saving a lot!!!

I bought a product last year for my son.. the price was very less, and I was really SHOCKED when I got the product. It was TOO good in that price, and after that.. now I am their regular customer.. Their shipping rates are awesome and their product quality is just marvelous! I've referred this site to every cousin and friend of mine n they are more than happy to place their orders now! Pros:

I spent about a week looking for my next tablet PC. Ultimately, I settled on a 10 inch device but I later decided 10 inches is too big and heavy to pack around. Since I had purchased both a 10 inch and a 7i nch Midi here several years ago I was experienced with both sizes. And I finally decided that 8 inch was about right. Then I found the 7.85 inch Vido Mini One (Apple really got that new size right.) And since this new 7.85 inch Vido had all the State of the Art features that the top of the line 10 inch tablet I liked, I ordered it.This Vido is designed to compete with the iPad Mini. Only it's better. Has, for example, two cameras instead of just one. This Vido Mini One is 3G wireless ready, the iPad, not. The Vido Mini One has the same type of extra high res screen as the iPad. And it is reslly fast. My old Out-of-date 7 inch Midi is a slug in comparison. And the picture quality is amazing. But any machine that is supposed to be able to run 3D Blu-ray videos would have to be. I have been using the Vido Mini One for several days now and have not experienced a single problem.
Cons:

No problems.

I just feel lucky that the Vido Mini One caught my attention.

For three years I buy watches and electronics here. Always good service, fast delivery, nice discount!!!

Previous purchasing experiences have been reasonable but now i believe they have out grown themselves providing little or no aftersales support.
My last order I've paid $32 for DHL express freight to Australia for a $150 phone and some other items. After 3 days I questioned why they are still processing order. 7 days the same. Wishy washy responses pointing to know where. After 17 days I requested a different phone as now they tell me that it is out of stock. Guess what, next phone is now out of stock. It is is now 23 days and I can see both phones are in stock but still processing order. Responses to emails ARE not 24hrs as they suggest but more like 72hrs. Don't waste you time with this company.

I am no longer a Ahappydeal customer. I was looking for a tablet for my son. Since it was going to be his first tablet and used for entertainment during long trips, I did not want to spend much on it so I purchased it from Ahappydeal. I did not expect it to last long time, however I did not expect it to break after only two weeks of a very, very gentle use. It started with occasional white lines on screen which turned into a "pulsating" white layer within days so it could not be used even with the best will. The charger also stopped charging about the same time - there was audible noise when plugged. etc. However, that is not why I am not shopping there anymore - after all - it is expected to get what you pay for. The reason is they do not differentiate between return/ exchange because you do not like the item and return/exchange due to deffective item. I explained the situation to them and they first asked for proof of the defect. I sent them pictures of the screen. They offered to reimburse 20% of the fees I would pay to have it fixed localy which is a ridiculous offer as I was not going to spend more money on this item. They said that they will ship replacement unit after I return this one - which would have been just fine if they were going to pay for shipping - but they were not. The communication with them was going on back and forth for a while until it became pointless. I still think that if they send a deffective item they should be responsible for replacing it without blackmailing customers. Both my son and I are very disappointed. I will buy another tablet for him. It will be cheap one again because of his age and intended use, only this time I will buy it from Tmart instead - the same "quality" but they offer free shipping. All Ahappydeal had to do was send a replacement...

Hello All,

I ordered for a tablet PC and USB keyboard on June 02, 2013. They charged me AUD 120 but never shipped the commodities. When I followed up in the month of September 2013 they say that they shipped the items. In addition to that they are now asking USD 60 for reshipping. I already paid for the shipping cost. How many days will they survive by cheating innocent and humble customers? Is there no law to stop their illicit business? Please be careful.

Also if you have the right plug in you can charge it fully to begin with by plugging it in or just set it in the sunlight until it is fully charged

Anything with a USB plug can be charged using this charger.

I bought tablet.. specifications was wrong. packaging was like thay shipping a brick pour and was damaged. tablet has scratches like it was used (probably it was). after paypal dispute they refunded just small part of money.

will never buy from that company again.

Oh my god this phone is perfect it is indeed smart, I am so miss 'THING' right now, am the envy of friends, family and even in-laws.
