Until now, all the items arrived, in good condition, good quality.

No problems or unpleasant surpises at all my orders at last 12 months..
Only need...better packaging to avoid any damage from mail services that they dont care if the good inside is fragile...

A1 was purchased for my girlfriend.
- First thing that attracts attention - build quality - real feel of the monolith (!) I am using Thl W1+, so it`s quite different.. crackles like an old sofa))) Matt plastic also looks qualitatively, pleasant to the touch and did not give the impression of cheap. If you are girl, especially with long manicure and you need get to the battery, at first you can get some difficulties, as the back cover need to be "tear off" with some effort.

- Second - the screen. Just a great brightness, in the sun all readable, maximum viewing angles, colors slightly inverted, but it`s hardly noticeable. Bit annoying resolution ("square pixels"), but if we talk about smartphone with IPS display, and price is $100 - the screen just gorgeous :)

- Came with Android 4.0.4, Russian and other languages present, Playmarket is working. Was surprised by Antutu 3 result: count more than 4800 points. CPU shown as mtk6575. Menu flipping smoothly, games playing without lags.
Camera. To be honest, should not expect nothing great, but good enough for Skype. Battery showed itself well. A fully charged battery doesn't die per whole day in the most intense mode - wifi almost all the time (browsing+youtube+gaming).

Payment by PayPal, communication with support was pleasant and informative, answered quickly, agreed Send by Singapore Post (best shipping method for Ukraine). Packaging was reliable, it was very difficult to damage anything inside. Parcel reached in 22 days, in New Year period. Package bundle exactly matches the description, just as in the pictures. They even put pretty transparent bumper, which was not in the description)) Film on the screen was slightly scratched, suggests that phone was tested.. one more film was sealed.

In conclusion: for the first smartphone for girls, is really well choise. I have not found nothing cheaper with ips display and android 4. The unit and aHappyDeal is fully met our expectations.

I have purchased many things now & can only tell you that I have had only good experience with these suppliers.

I've shopped many times with ahappydeal.com. Its a great site and the one I always look up to for my purchase needs.
Thats whay I'm a bit surprised to read so many negative reviews.
I'm made several purchases from this site and they've served me well.
The Quality of the products are good for the cost - obiviously, they are low cost products.
After Sales Customer service is the best I like. Not much Questions. If something is not working, they'll send you a new one right away or else refund the money.
I normally purchase my products with Shipping Insurance. Thats gives me a piece of mind.

Still £100 out of pocket. Only order from ‘aHappyDeal’ if you want to lose your money. I even said I’d return the faulty smartphone for a replacement - ‘aHappyDeal’ wont even give me a return address, even after 21 emails requesting it.

I bought a smartphone from 'aHappyDeal' (Aosen Group) and I have had nothing but trouble.. I made the transaction through PayPal because I thought it would be safer that way with the PayPal assurances. But even PayPal let me down.
Two weeks after the transaction I found TrustPilot and read the reviews on ‘aHappyDeal’. I got worried and got onto PayPal told them what I had read and asked them to cancel the order. They reassured me that I was protected with PayPal and to go ahead with the order.
So I waited and waited and eventually the phone arrived six weeks after. The tabs were broken on the box so the new phone was not new. When I got it out of the box it was faulty. I got on to ‘aHappyDeal’ and they offered me a $25 refund for the $152 smartphone. Can you believe the cheek? (by the way they only work in $ not £ so it always costs more than you expect it to, when they convert it to £)
I got onto PayPal thinking they will chase them up for a refund, and here’s the catch, PayPal said it was outside their ‘45days from purchase limit to claim‘. It would be it took 6 weeks to get here.
So if PayPal don’t have a change of mind on this I will close my account with them. And if you are thinking of buying from ’aHappyDeal’ DON’T , unless you want to be robbed. A happy deal it aint.

I ordered a phone with 3G, but the one they sent me had no 3G. All chargers were wrong, not for europe. After my first mail the answered, that they would send me another phone and the right chargers as compensation. I was waiting three weeks, then i sent another mail, and another mail, and another mail........ No reply, they don´t even answer my mails. I think 1 star ist still too much for a"happy"deal

Lied about guaranteed arrival for Christmas, ordered gifts 2 mos early, called dozens of times, when got through 2 weeks before Christmas I was told they were shipped but on Christmas Eve they still had not been.... RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!! If they hadn't lied I could have done something else!

Do not EVER trust ahappydeal's "customer ratings", they make most of them up themselves and screen real user reviews so that only positive and 5 star reviews get posted.

Look on their site you wont find one review that isn't a glaring positive review of the product written in poor English.

I posted honest and real reviews of the items I received with both pros and cons, what i thought about the value and particular unadvertised points that I thought people considering purchasing should know, not one of them gets posted.

However, as soon as I submit a bubbly positive post to test my theory, it gets posted right away!

Company would be really great if they were honest with their customers and didnt doctor-up the product reviews...

I paid for 3 phones and I received just 2 after a month... SELLER NOT RECOMMENDED ! THERE IS NOT WAY TO CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL !!! I LOST MY MONEY ! ! !

I ordered digital camera from ahappydeal.com. It was written in the description that it was 12 mega pixels. In reality my 1MP phone could take better pictures! I contacted their customer services and uploaded photo, taken with their camera, which was absolutely awful (all picture diluted) and they told me to send it back. I did so and uploaded post office receipt to their customer support. I hadn't heard anything from them for about few months and when I asked about my refund, they just replied "ok you will get a refund next week" for 3 weeks in a row and I've just fed up, so I'll post as many reviews as I can. I contacted Paypal, but they were impotent to do anything, because 45 days had passed. So after shopping with ahappydeal.com I have no camera, no money, plus additional expenses for sending camera back to china. Avoid this scam, don't do same mistake!

Answer to the comment - It finished very simple: NO MONEY, NO PRODUCT. I was being told, that I would receive my money that week and every week so on. After about a month I fed up. Maybe it was their tactics for claims. I will never buy there again.

I bought several products in this shop in December 2011. We're already in March and never received. I rolled up, wrapped up the win for refund within Paypal. Just got the return of one of the purchases. The following invalid codes send me were passed:
