The website was well laid out, showing price options for different days. It also lays out flight details in a very easy to read format.

My luggage was damaged on a flight. My issue is with the customer service experience. They will repeatedly transfer you between departments until you simply give up.

Easy to navigate the app but the app isn’t communicating with the full site in terms of data for example I successfully uploaded all the pertaining travel documents within the app but when I opened my AF account in my laptop, I had to re enter the data which was a time wasting

Easy booking. Clear presentation. Buying carbon credits with several choices out of several options to compensate my CO2 emissions was a real plus.

I visited the AF website several times before booking my flight. The information presented was not consistent - the listing of dates adjacent to one chosen did not always show the lowest fares available for those days. This lack of consistency in getting pertinent data is very disconcerting and I made the reservation still not convinced that I had full information.

Also, the cut off dates for the "special fares" is not found in an obvious place when choosing the fares. One does not know where the fare increases for the summer begin.

I have been booking flights on AF for at least 10 years and the presentation format is different every time. AF might be trying to constantly improve its delivery of information but surely this should be settled and require just minor tweeks after so many years.

Pretty Clear website...easy to book.
Did not understand a few things...and the site said AFTER I book the flight, it would take me to another site to find out what forms I might need to enter the country. It never took me anywhere.

Shameful! Air France was quickly changing the prices on their webpage; the percentage of the new amounts was huge from a click to another.

Because it’s convenient to travel with French airlines and they have affordable prices.

Booking the flights was very easy. All the information needed was presented and easy to understand. All the documentation we received was complete and straight forward. It would be nice if others would make their website this good.

Our flight was cancelled because of weather and the customer service in Paris was wery helpful. We got food and a hotel. The flight the next day was also wery comfortable.

The website did not work on my iPad and worked poorly on the computer. It took five attempts to buy a ticket.

The process getting the flights was easy.

Appreciate how easy it is to use the Air France app to book flights. Communicating with customer support is also a pleasant experience typically and most times easy to get thru to. This is my top choice for flights to Europe and have not had any delays in the last year and in-flight experience is good most times.
