Prompt, friendly service that got us out of a bind. Within minutes, we were provided with several options to choose from. When yet another option (which was the best option) became available, we received an e-mail and text message in the middle of the night advising us.

Daughters wedding
Karri looked after our daughters wedding group of 60 people going to Mazatlan the week of February 1, 2026. The service in ensuring the group got there was awesome. Karri was a joy to work with and she went above and beyond for all of us. So grateful and I will continue with Karri going forward.

Kari was phenomenal
Kari was phenomenal! She made everything so easy for us and all of our guests. From the very beginning, she was extremely thorough, went over the details as many times as I needed without getting frustrated, her response time was always so fast, and I could go on and on about all the great things. The feedback from all of our guests was also that she was fantastic and made everything easy. From helping answer questions, giving details, sending booking confirmations etc, we do not have one single complaint or feedback to give! A few of our guests will also be using her for future travel they have coming up because she was so lovely. Even while we were at our resort for our wedding, Kari checked in to make sure all was well and we were being taken care of. We can't thank you enough Kari, you made our experience so wonderful and we will miss you!
