This is the 3rd time I have used airline ticket centre. The flights are typically cheaper and the customer service is amazing!

When i book our ticket it create an error on my card but airline ticket centre called and guide on how to go over it and waited till for my card to go through. They have given me time to sort it out and put a hold on my ticket until everything went through

It’s true she is very knowledgeable about travelling, quick and efficient in her work. But foremost, I always remember her as very approachable,warm and kind, even though she goes about it in a professional way.
She is quite discerning about the types of resort that would appeal to me but at an affordable price.
I appreciate that she always has my safety in mind too!
And I always go away feeling she has my personal interest at heart .

I ‘ve only dealt with three personnels over the years from airline tickets center, but I have observed that they have a very good public relationship with their clients.
They show personal interests in their customers and
are very good listeners while maintaining a perfessional decorum. I’ve even left feeling good and less stressed!

Just one click away and my vacation has been booked I don’t even have to see the office to get my tickets booked.
And then they called me to confirm the booking.

Kari Pucci was very helpful in selecting and booking an all inclusive resort for my sister-in-laws wedding. It was a group of 20+ people, coming from all over Canada and Australia, and she was very patient in dealing with a larger group who had various request and last minute changes. All of our group's requests were honored and our stay at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo, in Riviera Maya, was amazing!

Our wonderful travel agent took the stress out of what could’ve been a very stressful situation. Weddings are issues enough, but having a out of the country wedding is a bigger deal she made myself and my guest feel great
