Located easily, arrived 5 hours early and without any penalty, found a spot and parked up. Busses ran regularly, short walk and drivers were great, especially on the return trip. A little pricy but then they all are. Excellent service, 3rd time of use so now my no 1 choice. Thank you..

All worked very smoothly. No long waits in the cold. Held on and got a great price the day before flying.

Parking is great, and the airport transfer was very friendly and express. The car pickup service was also top-notch.

I had to return early due to a family emergency. My daughter had arrived back from her holiday the previous day and was too ill to drive her car. I returned the following day to pick it up at another car park. Your staff at Birmingham were courteous and understanding (in contrast to the staff at car park 7!).
I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Easy peasy as always

Have used this company before for all our recent visit to Edinburgh airport. Number plate recognition system allows for easy entry and exit to the car park. Very friendly and helpful staff on their park and ride the system . Would definitely use them again on our next visit to the airport.

Great service very easy and quick both on departure and arrival

Once again, we cannot recommend Airparks enough, everything was just spot on. On our way back from Barcelona, our flight was delayed but the Airparks staff were 100% supportive ad helpful, so we didn't have to stress to pick up our car later at all. We cannot wait to book again with you!! Ruth

Used Airparks at Edinburgh Airport. It was well sign posted when we arrived in the dark. Easy to use, only waited a few minutes for the shuttle bus when we returned. I would recommend.

Great experience - greeted at the gate, well marked out bays, bus prompt on both departure and arrival.

The whole process was simple to book. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The shuttle service was easy to use, both from our car and back from the airport. Well organised and highly recommended.

Good sevice all round plenty of spaces so easy to find a space and done at competitive price

Arrival at the car park was swift and well organised as usual and we caught the shuttle bus almost immediately. On return, we waited quite a long time for the shuttle, probably due to one bus apparently broken down at the stop. It didn't help when our driver loaded the passengers and then spent another 15 mins with engine running, seemingly talking to a colleague. Frustrating and not what we've come to expect from Airparks.

As a fairly new driver, I hadn't come across Airparks before; but I'm so glad I did!

The value, peace of mind, helpful & friendly staff and efficiency make this company a must for any traveller.

I would have given 5 stars, however the experience itself was excellent. My only issue was that wherever they had parked my car the area must have been underneath a tree or something similar. My car was covered in Pigeon or Bird S#@t. How the staff did not see it was beyond me as it was on on the driver's door and passenger and boot. I thought it was checked when handed back. ?. Other than that a great and prompt experience. Would use these guys again.

From start to finish it made my holiday stress free. I was greeted by a very polite young man, and when he saw I was disabled, ensured that my car was placed right next to the reception. The booking in process was quick and the walk to the airport was literally 5 minutes (Stanstead). When I returned, again, collecting was easy.
Communication throughout was amazing and was kept upto date throughout. Nothing was bad.
Will be using again.

Have used Airparks several times over the past year and would highly recommend. Parking is easy and the shuttle bus runs very often. The longest I have waited for a shuttle bus is 10 mins. Brilliant facility and priced reasonably A**

Absolutely fantastic service. Booked ev charge and parking. Dropped car in valet parking near departure Birmingham airport. Phone call on arrival back home and car was waiting fully charged. Its the cheapest of any parking in Birmingham airport. The guys were great drop off and pick up. I would recommend airparks to everyone. This is the company I will be using from now on.

It’s very close to Edinburgh Airport, number plate recognition lets you drive straight in and park. 3/4 minute free transfer and you’re in the terminal
