Great service. Clean car park with plenty of space. Buses on time to transfer to terminal. Staff friendly

Information given at booking and easy to follow directions. Bus transfer to and from airport didn't have to wait too long so over all good service. staff helpful

The directions to the park were excellent and it is well signposted on the roadside and easy to find. It is a short walk from the airport across tarmac which makes luggage transport easy. A few more parking area signs would make locating your car a bit easier but overall this is an excellent car park to use

Easy to find, not far from the airport and the buses were frequent even at midnight we had no problems

Thank you Airparks shortrun Birmingham, and in particular a big shout out to Adam and Abby who came to our rescue when we returned home to a flat battery. Not only did they help us solve it in 5 minutes but nothing was too much trouble and they did it all with a smile. Service was so easy and the shuttle there waiting both ways, very friendly bus drivers x

I dropped my vehicle off using this service for a weeks holiday, to come back to collect to find that the vehicle has been used by staff members, due to various Amazon packing being left in the backseat.

I raised a complaint, to received a call back from a snotty member of there management team who of course come up the same rubbish, we would never do this etc.

Appears to be a very common thing with this company from complaints I have read.

Smooth entry and exit systems apart from one small improvement that could be made. On return, when you pick up your keys, the information screen is too cluttered and it distracts from identifying the location of your car. Make the location more obvious by highlighting in some way, eg flashing on and off, bigger font etc.

Easy system and very straight forward. Shuttle bus run very frequent. Dropped right outside departures and pick up straight outside arrivals. No problems, would definitely use again.

Easy to book, we use airparks regularly, on our last visit I realized a couple of days before returning that I had put in the wrong date and time to return, I rang them up on the number provided and the change was made in seconds, upon returning to the uk the car was ready. This was fabulous service from them, and we will continue to book each time we go away.

Booked the Meet and greet service at Luton Airport. Service was good and quick, however, on return I checked my Dash cam only to find that they had been using my vehicle to collect staff members. Yes they had taken my car off the secure compound on at least one occasion, on the day before my return to use as a taxi service, before returning to the secure compound. The following day they moved my car to the airport car park ready for my return. This was an unauthorised use of my car without my permission.
I complained to the Fix my Hassle, however, it's an automated message service that just informs you that I should complain before leaving the Airport site. I complained to Luton Airport, however, it's a 3rd party dispute and they are not interested.
Just to clarify I have the dash cam video, date and time stamped showing the route to and from the secure compound and the staff member dressed in Hi-viz who got into my car.
I will not use this company as I would not trust them!

Fast efficient drop off and collection at a good price. Efficient, friendly staff.

1st time used , easy parking , not too expensive, pick up shuttle and drop off good didn’t have to wait , accidentally left phone on the bus , handed straight into reception by a lovely welcoming driver, nice to have a friendly polite driver after a long late flight . thumbs 👍🏻 up to him . Will use again

Was easy to book. I was worried as hid nothing to print etc to get in, but we got easy directions to car park, it recognised number plate and let us in, bus driver very helpful with heavy bag. Same on way back. Can’t fault and will use again.

Avoid Airpark and Go from Luton
2 times I parked and every time my car was scratched, bumper touched…
Of course , you car is scanning from the beginning but…for nothing!

Easy parking at a good price. The shuttle buses ran exactly as described and the drivers wee helpful and considerate.

Always easy process and helpful staff, always use them.

We paid a little extra for the Meet & Greet service at Manchester Airport - it couldn't have been easier - there were people on hand where needed.
