Recently purchased packing bag

I recently purchased a packing bag and just had a change to travel with it. The bag exceeded my expectations. It is roomy enough for toiletries and other odds and ends and fits into my suitcase quite compactly.

BEWARE

Did not like the cheap quality of the bags.
Put in for a refund.
Was dragged on (as of today for 2 weeks).
Still no refund. They get defensive while they still haven't refunded. Had to get paypal involved.
At that point they emailed me and asked to drop the claim to get my money faster.
Total nightmare of customer service.

Def Quality Products

This isn’t my first order so I knew the quality would be great. We ordered the Cessna packing bags (3). We’re using one for a medical kit for our plane! It’s sturdy, smooth zippering, and stands up on its own! Also ordered the 15oz Mugs.
All arrived fast too!
Looking forward to more Cessna Collabs!

Terrible Customer Service!

I bought two t-shirts from Airportag.com to give as a Christmas gift. They turned out to be too small. The process of exchanging them for a larger size was excruciating. I can't remember a worse experience with "customer service" from any company. Multiple emails back and forth with what I am now convinced is a bot rather than an actual human being (I'm talking about you "Livia") got me nowhere. I finally threatened to return everything I had ordered. That got their attention and the exchange was made. I will never order from Airportag.com again.

Great Products and outstanding Service

We were very impressed by the possibility of customizing the cup in conjunction with the perfect quality. The price and performance ratio is top. The delivery time is extremely fast. And also great is the extremely friendly and competent communication with Yasmin. Conclusion: definitely and unreservedly highly recommended.

Support and reaction time for service…

Support and reaction time for service is extraordinary.
The ordered items delivered by the parcel distributor (UPS) very late, works bad but supportline of AIRPORTAG solved the problem very fast.

International shipment

I had a little bit of an issue with the delivery, due to the fact that it was an international shipment and it got stuck at customs, however, customer service always answered my questions and made everything clear. All products that finally arrived had great quality!! Definitely thinking on buying more items soon!

Make finding your luggage easy

Quality… These products are well made to withstand the brutal treatment airline luggage must endure. The tag makes it easy to identify my luggage and I enjoy watching people smile as they see the tag and read the caption. I’m a repeat customer and now I buy them as gifts. Great products and prices! Customer service is second to none. Comes carefully packaged and ships quickly. Highly recommend!

Product never delivered / lost / supplier not managing / total scam / don't trust them

Paid 89,60 $ on October 18th.
The products, very expensive indeed, were never delivered.
No Customer Service, no one answering to my emails, ZERO support to solve my problem.
UPS status is frozen since December 12th, 2024.
At he very least, they should have issued another shipment or paid me back.
Contrary to Airportag assertion, I have NEVER been contacted by their Customer Support Team.
If they're really interested in finding a solution, I share my order number again: #266578 (confirmed October 18).
Airportag is the typical company that doesn't want to hear from its Customers once it has received their cash.
Total scam, to be avoided, unless you want to be ripped off by an unscrupulous online retailer.

Not a company you want to do business with

Bought for 228 usd of stuff
Bought it on Nov 28 th
As of Jan 6 th
Still half of it is missing
The split my order in two and so far just got one package
Contact them on Dec 16 th
Been told that they splitter my order and that the second half was in transit
As of today they say they delivered both
That they are now opening an inquiet y
Those were for Christmas’s gift
And Christmas’s is 14 days behind us
Told them that I paid for my stuff and that I should get it
They got my money and don’t give a dam about they customer
Paid 36 USD for the delivery
They pick up the company not me

Definately not recommanding such a company
Consider them unrespectfull

Awesome luggage tag

I ordered a customized luggage tag featuring our adorable mutt on 12/17 with no expectations it would arrive before Christmas...and it arrived on December 24, just in time to put on my daughter's new luggage for a Christmas surprise. It was adorable and it's good quality as well. Highly recommend.

Slow service

I ordered a shirt on December 14th. Still waiting to receive it. The tracking has been on pre-shipment status for 6 days. At this point I won't be able to gift this. The customer service representative just replies stating to track the package and providing timelines that have changed with each reply.

EU buyers: are you sure you are ready to go through all of this…?

If you are in the EU, I would recommend seeking an alternative to Airportag products. I ordered on 24 Nov, and believed I was on the safe side when it comes to delivery before Christmas. In the end, I picked up my parcel on the evening of 23 Dec, from the local post office, after numerous follow-ups. The tracking ID was changed in the meantime and I had trouble tracking my parcel. I guess it was sent by the cheapest snailmail possible - don’t assume it’s a company like UPS, UPS only leased some space in their plane for the parcel, not delivered. Customer service answers quickly but off-topic, and has no idea how postal service functions outside of the US. Moreover, I had customs to pay at pickup of about 20% of the price of goods, so you are not given the total costs at purchase. I bought packing bags, both bigger and smaller. The bigger ones are quite big and in the shape of a narrow rectangle (I expected more square proportions). The smaller ones are REALLY small. The quality of the material is good and the print on the zipper looks nice. However, there are only 4 colours to choose from (black, blue, red and pink) and red and pink are really very much alike. I was shopping for a gift for my sister whose favourite colours are green, yellow and orange, so you can imagine my disappointment. But okay, I knew what I was gettng into. The problem is that the print is so inconsistent!! The „magic pills” is a one-line tagline with smaller letters, but „lucky socks” is split into two lines and the letters are enormous!!! Why is that? You can only see when you get the actual products that it’s all so ugly altogether…!!!
To sum up, I will only order again when there will be a wider palette of colours, printing will be consistent, and the purchase will be made via some platform / marketplace that has an agreement with the EU to include all taxes so that the price reflects full costs, and when the delivery method will change to some reliable identifiable carrier. It is a shame that, in the middle of the first half of the 21. century, and given all the possibilites the global economy offers to global e-commerce players nowadays, and with the client-centric approach, my end-to-end client experience was so dramatically atrocious.

Ordered a shirt for Xmas

Ordered a shirt for Xmas . Shows as shipped on Nov 13/2024 . I have sent multiple emails for updates and they blame Canada post and that Canada post has to release the package . They do not even understand shipping as it is CANADA CUSTOMS that needs to release the package .I have had UPS deliver several items from other US companies to Canada with no issues . I asked for a refund and they advised if I don’t receive it - 1-2 weeks AFTER CHRISTMAS they’ll refund , which I highly doubt . I believe this is a scam company as I have read in several other reviews posted . Item , according to tracking , has been in NYC since Nov 20 , it has not even reached Canada so the company in making false claims that Canada is causing the delay while it is still in the US . Customer service provides the same answer over and over again and it is false and
Lie . The item , as of , Dec 24 shows still in the US .
