Booking was very easy
Booking was very easy! Easy web site, simple payment. if they are as good on the day, it will be perfect.
Very disappointed about £10 extra car…
Very disappointed about £10 extra car park fees that came up with T&C after I’ve porches the parking
It should be mentioned before booking
Meet, greet and keep you waiting!
Booked a number of times with meet and greet companies, always telling you to call to collect your car, as soon as you have your baggage, as sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes to receive your vehicle.
This rubbish, not once have I received my vehicle in under an hour, after making the call, every time I have been left waiting and having to call the number again, to be told that mine is the next vehicle to be brought by the next driver available.
90 minutes this trip, 120 minutes last trip.
Dropping the car is easy enough, as all the drivers are waiting to meet and greet you, but now they have your car, you can wait until they are ready.
Not again!
Do your research on the companies that Airport Cheap Parking recommend
Using Airport Cheap Parking to source options wasn't a problem. The problem was who they recommended. I booked a Meet and Greet service at Stansted with Safe Meet and Greet. The drop off and collection was quite easy (maybe I just got lucky) but my car was returned to me in awful state. Clearly it had been parked in a field as both the exterior and interior was covered in dried mud, it was such a mess that I had to get the car valeted. In conversation with them now but don't hold out any hope of them coming up with an acceptable solution. Do not use under any circumstances.
Cheap for a reason—hidden fees and terrible service. Avoid!
I chose New Farm Parking because of the low price, but it ended up being a massive headache. Here is why you should stay away:
Hidden Charges: They lure you in with a low base price, but then demand an extra £20 for the shuttle to the airport for every car owner. By the time you pay this "mandatory" fee, it’s no longer a bargain compared to professional parking lots.
Appalling Customer Service: The staff on the phones are incredibly rude. I missed a turn and arrived just 10 minutes later than planned, and I had to deal with a man literally shouting at me. They have zero respect for their customers.
The "Mud Pit" Lot: The parking area is a disaster. It is completely covered in deep mud. Expect your shoes, clothes, and eventually the inside of your car to be a mess when dropping off or picking up your vehicle.
Significant Delays: Don't believe any "quick transfer" claims. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to even show up, followed by a 20-minute drive to the terminal. You need to factor in at least an hour of buffer time just for their logistics.
Bottom line: Unless you enjoy being shouted at and walking through mud, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a reputable airport parking service. I will never use them again.
Not impressed
Not impressed. Booked Bristol Park and ride. Discoverepoat booking that parking wasxtop far away and an extra £8.50 each way transfer fees payable on arrival. Cxd booking. Fees are not transparent at time of Qoute.
50 miles added to my mileage and my car…
50 miles added to my mileage and my car was being driven all around even to leisure location. Cheap but do not leave a car you love with them! They’re fraud!
Good pricing and booking experience
In terms of the pricing and booking experience I can’t fault them. We have used the site before and had an overall positive experience hence using it again. It is undoubtedly a very competitively priced portal an always worth a try. I would recommend a look. I’ll report later on the actual parking experience and subsequent customer experience
am extremely disappointed…
am extremely disappointed with Airport Chip Parking.
The waiting times were incredibly long and completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I got my car back, it was absolutely filthy — much dirtier than when I left it.
This level of service is not adequate at all, especially for a parking service that should offer convenience and reliability. I am giving only one star because it’s not possible to give zero. I will definitely not use this service again and I do not recommend it.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I booked park and ride service to discover that their Van get broken while I was only 15 minutes away from the airport. Customer service not answering the calls. Had to wait too long for them to pick me up from the airport
Simple booking online
Simple booking online - clear and concise information - excellent price
Absolutely hopeless/cowboys.
The company we booked with through airport cheap parking, is useless.
Called at 5am, warned we were 20 minutes away. Arrived at carpark, no sign. Called them 7 times asking where they were, said around the corner. Got to 5:56am, our bag drop off closed at 6am. And the UNPROFESSIONAL man on the phone told me to leave my car keys on passanger wheel and run to my check in. In any normal circumstance, I would have said not a chance. But I had 4 mins to get from the short stay to the check in desk. Arrived late (staff accommodated for us LUCKILY), so we made it by the skin of our teeth. Last people to the gate and just managed to catch our flight.
Same story on arrival on the way home. Landed, called as soon as we had collected our bags. They were told when we booked we would be in the carpark waiting for our car at 11:15pm. When I called at 10:50pm to say we had arrived, they told me they couldn’t be with us for nearly 45 mins. Terrible, terrible service. We have done many drop and go parking services and this has been the absolute worst by miles.
I suggest Airport Cheap Parking gets in contact with me (I will also be contacting them) and also contacts the muppets they subcontract out to do the job. This has been abysmal. I have not received the service I have paid for.

Rude

They are so rude and unprofessional!
I gave them a call after i pick up my car to ask some questions and they put the phone down on my and did not pick up the call again.
Not customer service at all.
Stay Away
Stay Away – A Nightmare Meet and Greet at Stansted
What began as a simple “orange car park drop off” promise turned into a nightmarish ordeal that any traveller would rather avoid. The service advertised a convenient pick up point right outside the terminal, yet upon arrival I was redirected to the distant blue car park and I was forced to wait more than twenty minutes for the driver.
The horror didn’t end there. After a long flight, I called the company at the exact moment my car was supposed to be ready—23:45. Instead of a prompt hand over, I was told it would take an additional hour and fifteen minutes to retrieve my vehicle! When I tried to voice my frustration, the representative abruptly hung up, leaving me stranded.
When the car finally appeared, it was drenched in thick, black mud on all four sides, clearly the result of reckless driving off road. The condition of my vehicle was a stark contrast to the professional image the company tried to project, and only underscored a total lack of care for customers.
In short, this meet and greet service failed at every turn: false advertising, egregious delays, dismissive customer support, and a damaged, mud covered car.
