I don't travel much, but I have used these kinds of services before and this was by far the best experience I've had with parking and flying. Value for service is amazing. No question I will be using these guys again in the future! Keep up the great work!

Your location was easy to find. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We didn't have any problems getting to or from the port back to our vehicle. It was a very nice experience.

I wasted $18 on you guys. I thought you were the actual site for the lot when in fact you were 3rd party. Your price was 20% higher than the lot, they knew nothing of me reservation and you told me I needed to call them when I got in for a shuttle?????!!!!

I will use this one again. They were quick, easy and provided great service. When we got back to town our car battery was dead. One of the managers got his own car to jump our car. We only had a short wait for both pickups. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service on time and courteous. Globe is the only parking service I use.

My reservation indicated I was to recover my vehicle at 11 pm. Due to a weather delay my return flight to Toronto arrived an hour late and I arrived at the EZairport parking at 00:38. I was charged an extra day for those 38 minutes. When I explained the reason for the delay to your employee, I was basically told, "Too bad, you got in after midnight, get lost, but pay us the extra day before you go." First and last time I'll be using EZAirport parking at Toronto, and I'll be letting any and all know what I think about you.

We will absolutely use this service again. Ease of use was the selling point, topped by the experience itself.

They damaged a friends truck(he is a veteran) and refuse to make right on the situation.
My truck was damaged at a parking lot in Broward(FLL Quick Park) at a parking near the airport while I was away for the weekend. when I returned to pick it up it looked as if someone clipped a yellow pole with he side of the bed dented in. the parking attendant at 3am didn't have any information except the owners contact info. I have been ignored for 2 months now despite two police reports and myself physically going down there with the Police. I have been advised this is now a civil matter.

I have contacted numerous attorneys here is West Palm and in Broward, and have not received any replies for consultation.
