Getting picked up at the airport was…
Getting picked up at the airport was great. On time and a great driver. But the day we arrived to go to the airport the driver didn't pull up to my car. She was at least 6 cars away from mine. Never helped me with my luggage. I had to drag it to the van while she stood there. Not happy about that.

Memorial Parking closed!
Memorial Parking was closed at 10 pm last night, Thursday May 27!!! Finally had to take Lyft to get back to my car. Unacceptable. Called this morning was told "that's not my shift, can't help you." Will never use again.

Excellent service
The staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. They immediately assist and direct you upon arrival. They will have a van waiting to help with luggage and take you to the airport. Because of their excellence, whenever I fly, I use this service. .

The email I received with my parking…
The email I received with my parking reservation stated $56.36 and I was charged $57.39 and when I wanted to call in there is no number other than the parking service at the airport. There is no number for cheap airport parking.com. I would NEVER use this SITE.

Charged more then I thought it was going to cost.
The only thing that I did not like is that I was not reminded that I had to provide my coupon and had to pay more then what I thought it was going to cost. This happened to me before. I think that there should be some way that you can tell in your system that we we booked prior to the coming so that you do not have to present a coupon.

Overall a good and convenient experience. I would definitely park here again. Upon returning, you need to call the hotel to have the shuttle pick you up. This wasn't clear to me, so I waited 20 minutes thinking the shuttle would be running and when it didn't arrive, I thought to call.
