Booked then saw reviews. I’d paid the extra £2.50 protection fee to waive amendments or cancellation. Cancelled booking bug still had to pay £20 cancellation fee. Poor

What a murky world airport parking can…
What a murky world airport parking can be!!
I booked through 'Compare Your Parking' site and believed I had booked 'Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces Limited' but after looking closely at the drop off location found it was 'Airport Parking Spaces Limited', who have very limited space to park and store any cars?! I phoned them to ask where my car would be kept whilst I was on holiday, only to be given very dubious replies in broken English before the guy hung up. Seeing the Trustpilot reviews I decided against leaving my car there.
I called 'Compare Your Parking' to ask for a refund, to be told 'no' and they too hung up. I suspect they are one and the same operator?!!
On my way to the airport I drove past Airport Parking Services Limited at Compound 1, Acacia Grove on Copthorne Road, and it looks very unprofessional and definitely not the sort of place you would leave your car whilst on holiday.
AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs. Meet and Greet service waited well over an hour for the car to be delivered to North Terminal Car Park 6..level 5 and then the driver demanded £20 to hand over the key..a total scam..worst service ever.. there were 3 other couples waiting with us suffering the same fate
Will definitely use again
Smooth process getting us to the airport and pick up
Excellent service
Excellent service. On time and very quick pick up. Recommended. Will use again.
Quick and easy process
Quick and easy process, simple, staff kind, speedy exchange to airport!
Simple and easy service
Took us to the airport on time and picked us up very quickly too! Very fast and efficient service will definitely use again
Thieves!!!
Thieves!!!! Stole items from my car and disconnected dash cam when contacting the company they said it’s my fault for leaving items and staff are allowed to disconnect my dash cam

Do Not use Airport Parking Spaces!!
Do Not use Airport Parking Spaces!!! They’re one of the worst provides working with the worst parkings! Expecting a refund for more than two months and I’m ping pong ball between two.
Looking at company house website, they’ve got accounts overdue! I don’t know why they still can operate in the UK. No authority out there to shut them down!
DO NOT USE!!
DO NOT USE!!! This so called company is horrendous! Not professional at all, the site that the cars are left on does not look safe it looks like a breakers yard! When we arrived they decided they would not take our vehicle and told us to go to APH parking and they would refund us for our booking if we sent an email asking for it, after multiple emails and no reply we tried calling and each time we called we spoke with what seemed to be the same lady, but when asked she gave a different name each time! She said to wait 48 for the email to be processed which we did then when calling to check the progress they would either put the phone down on me or not speak when answering the phone!! Do not use

I booked meet and greet through your compare website.
The service we received was incredibly disappointing.
We booked the return for 1am on Monday 27th May. In the companies procedures you are advised to call the office on arrival and that your vehicle would be returned within 25 to 30 mins.
I called the office at 12:10am when we arrived. I was told I was booked for 1am and that that would be the time my car would be dropped off. We arrived at level 4 in the orange car park at 1am and my vehicle was not there. I called the office where I was informed my car would be at least 30 mins as they were trying to locate the key. At 1:30 my car had still not arrived so by this point both myself and my wife were freezing cold sat in a car park!. I called again expecting my car to be on the way!. I was then informed it would be at least half an hour as they were now waiting for a driver!. I informed the companies operator that this was not on and that the service provided was shocking. My vehicle eventually turned up at 02:10.
At no point throughout our experience was there an apology for the unprofessional service and the attitude of the operator was awful.
I ve used meet and greet through other companies but really have never experienced anything like this before. We d been travelling for 6 hours only to be left sat in a car park for over an hour!.
I m expecting a refund in full plus compensation for our wasted time but won’t hold my breath! Funnily enough if you re late they charge you £15 before you get your car!

We had a terrible delay waiting for our car. We called on leaving the plane and arrived at the meet point in short stay 35 mins later. It then took a further 1hr 10 of waiting in the car park and multiple phone calls (always with the promise the car was “a few mins away”) to get our car.
The police came by and then proceeded to speak to the driver as there have been some suspect activities with meet and greet cars being used for other purposes.
We’ll be writing to Trading Standards.

As per the other reviews. This business is shocking and I wouldn’t have even given 1 star if it wasn’t required to write this. The car park is waste land with a make shift wooden hut. The transfer is a 7 seater and with the airport being a 20min drive the 10-15 min transfer time is a lie - they have 2 vehicles to transfer people. You end up sitting on the lap of strangers after a long wait. On return we waited an hour to be collected and the organiser lied multiple times about how long we would need to wait. I dread to think how and where they parked my car and when I got back there was a scratch on the drivers door.
When calling the man in rude and impatient. Hangs up on you and then ignored the phone. The driver spoke on the phone to his ear the whole way back to the carpark from the airport. Unprofessional bunch of cowboys
Honestly pay the extra and park with another company. Very unhappy customer.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. Utter cowboys. The website doesn't work. They charged me £15 for being late and then turned up 1.5hours late. Car had clearly been slept in. The passenger seat was fully reclined. The car was filthy and wet, despite it not raining. They dumped the car in a disabled bay and left it running. Customer service was impatient and angry man who pretended he couldn't hear what was being said before hanging up.
If you fancy being stranded waiting for your car then use these guys. By the looks of it they've changed their name several times already. Pay the money and go with the approved providers not this cheap outfit. Ask to see their insurance.

Collected car from Gatwick to find our phone-charger had been replaced with a much cheaper one!
Rude, interrupting & ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude from employee’s when calling to enquire about it whilst sat in Gatwick. They then blocked my phone number, presumably because they are thieves?
Awful service from start to finish - took 7missed calls to them to pick up the phone when enroute dropping car off too!
